Best drinks and yummy food. If you haven’t tried the Saga 23, it’s amazing. We always have a great experience when we visit.

Extremely rude employees with terrible customer service. I came in with a mobile order and was blatantly ignored by the employee handling mobile orders. I stood at the podium for a long period of time and the employee handling the mobile orders proceeded to ask everyone that came in AFTER me if they needed help or if they were picking up. He didn’t speak to me nor did he ask me if I need help although I was the first one at the podium. I felt very uncomfortable and as if I was being racially profiled. I wouldn’t recommend my black brothers and sisters to this place!

Service was awful.
I had to get up twice to get our waiters attention. He dropped our entrees off at different times so others at my table were sitting empty handed. Then never returned. Not once did he ask if everything was ok.
They also add 18% gratuity to your check.
Odd when you have to wait on yourself.
Food was ok.
I would not go again.

The food is really tasty but it appears not all of the containers or lids are grade for hot food. The plastic shouldn't be melting or warped with the food. That type of small container is usually for sauce or condiments. I didn't eat the beans as a result of the melted plastic on a to go order. Also, whats the purpose in the secondary container to put such a small portion of beans? Just use the main container compartment. If spills are an issue on to go orders, then another solution is needed that doesnt compromise the quality or safety of the food.

Been going here for almost a year, heard about it from a stranger in another restaurant. Food is good, staff is great but the tequila is as good as it gets. Great drinks and great bartenders, wife and I love this place.

Unfortunately it was a one and done for us and I’m deeply disappointed. The aesthetics and setting looked amazing but overall experience was horrible. Table seatings are extremely tight and almost like you’re dining with those around you. Our two top table was so small appetizer drinks & entrees couldn’t all fit on the table. I ordered fajitas and my partner had a burrito. The food was plain and definitely not like authentic style Mexican. Margarita was great but for $12 I would expect a larger size. Grateful for great company but it wasn’t a good experience especially on my birthday

This spot is just so precious and special. I’ve been going here since it opened! We go every week now for taco Tuesday and it’s just the best. Recently, we stopped in on my mom’s birthday and I just asked off the cuff if they do anything for birthdays- and it was perhaps the best part of her day. The next thing we know they are singing and everyone in the restaurant joined in. They even gave us a delicious dessert. She still talks about it.

Each staff member there is fantastic- we’ve never had a bad experience.

I’ve had so many items on the menu over the years so I can confidently say - it’s all good. However my favorites are the choriqueso, the regular queso, the traditional beef tacos on soft corn, the fajita quesadilla, the churros, the tres leches (omg you won’t find this better ANYWHERE)— drinks wise, their smoked mezcal drink and their margaritas - can’t go wrong.

And yeah, so you have to pay for salsa- so what? 🤷‍♀️ It’s good, too. All of it is.

If you like traditional Mexican food like me- this is your place. If you like it more American style (cheese, sour cream)- they have that too. But even better their community vibes and love for what they do shines through. You really feel the love- so the name definitely makes sense 🫶
