My son took me here for me here for my birthday dinner and it was Absolutely amazing. Service was very polite and quick! There was about a 20min wait time but we did come mid day on a Sunday.

The guy manager was awful!!!! He lacked professionalism. My son left his LV bag at our table. We came back within 5 minutes and his bag was gone. The table was occupied with another couple. My son asked if they saw an LV bag and they said they gave it to a waitress. My son told the manager what they said. The manager asked them the same question and the couple switch their story. This is what my son told me because I was waiting for him in the car. I assumed my son couldn’t find his bag because he was in the restaurant too long. I went inside to see what was going on. My son told me what was going on. All I said to the manager is either a customer took his bag or one of your employees because we weren’t gone that long. He got real nasty and said my employees wouldn’t do that. I said to him how would he know that? I get taking up for your employees but we don’t know what a person would do. He kept cutting me off, he was condescending, loud and very unprofessional. He even said well whose responsibility is it that he left it. Yes, that’s true but what professional would say that out loud. It’s still happened in your establishment sir. To blame a customer for forgetting something and then someone steals it in your establishment is crazy and lacks empathy. He had none. He dismissed us and walked away. He was being the aggressor and then trying to make it seem like we were. He was being loud and unprofessional and trying to make it seem like it was us. He lacked any sympathy. I’ve eaten at this location several times. I’ve seen and interacted with previous managers and they all were professional except him. One of his reservationist thought the whole incident was funny, needless to say I will never step back in this restaurant at the White Marsh location. I’m so confused on why he treated us like we did something wrong and why was he so mad. If anyone should be mad it should be my son

On December 24th, we went out to dinner with my family. Unfortunately, I forgot my headphones on the table, and the staff threw them away. They told me that the insurance would take care of it, but then they called me saying that the insurance didn't cover it. How is it possible that a restaurant of that size doesn't have insurance that covers anything?

The food is always good and the service is fast and friendly. A few of my favorite things are the bread and butter and the mixed drinks and the steaks. My husband and I go there lunch and dinner time I love it there.

Our food took a really long time but Sam helped us so much he was cleaning tables next to us and helped us find our food, fix our order, and helped with everything even though he didn’t need to

i ordered a salmon ceaser salad and they gave me shrimp. i literally can’t eat shrimp so no protein for me, and the receipt is different from the one i signed, saying something about buffalo wings and they gave me four butters and zero bread
