I can't believe I'm going to write this about Texas Roadhouse; they have always been great.
First, I was told the $5.00 All Day, every day is no longer a thing. However, they have the menu available at every table.
Second, my $25 prime rib was almost all FAT. I should have sent it back or refused it. However, I don't like to be that person, and we were pressed for time. Also, I should have taken a picture of my prime rib. It was EXTREMELY disappointing!!!

went yesterday for the FIFTH time at this location in the past couple years. both steaks were not cooked medium. one was RARE and bloody on my daughter's plate & then mine was well done. both asked for medium. they sent my daughters back and it came back well done. the fries looked like someone dropped the top and the seasoning POURED on top. totally inedible. the server was super sweet but the food was terrible. I never give bad reviews but the fact that a manager came over and apologized but didn't offer to take it off our check or correct anything after we left with neither steak coming out properly, is upsetting. I have been in the restaurant industry my entire life and this is simply bad management and the kitchen needs to either slow down or get some help. food came out fast... wouldn't mind waiting a few minutes longer for the steaks we asked for. we ended up leaving and didn't even eat the food. oh and they brought out Mac and cheese with literally no cheese on it, lol. but literally every time I've been to this location there has been SOME issue with the food. back to outback steakhouse we go!

i ordered a burger medium, though it came out too pink. honest mistake, no ones fault here. shout out to my waiter Aiden for being so understanding and getting it cooked a little more for me without hesitation. everyone working here is very nice and treats you like family.

Walked in after getting a text alert saying to report to the clerk up front to be seated since we were on the Waitlist. My party was told to wait next to the front desk. We waited for an extra 12 mins, seeing new customers come in and get seated before us. After finally getting seated, after I complained about others being seated before us, we ordered our appetizers, entrees and drinks. All of the food was brought out at the same time except our drinks. Our server Lee did not bring us anything. We had to ask for napkins and other things from the servers who brought out the food. Our food was brought out by 3 different people within a 2 minute time span. The chili I ordered was lukewarm. Mac and cheese was horrible. The server, Lee, took 20 mins to come back to our table to even ask us about how our food came out. Most of the time Lee was just standing by the register talking to other servers and only helping the other tables that had an older woman who claimed to be 21, but clearly was over double that age. My girlfriend asked for a strawberry margarita and was given a completely different drink AFTER we got all of our food. The only thing keeping me from rating this a 1 star is the steak being good and the restaurant being busy. I will not be coming to this particular location ever again. I would rather drive out to the Hunt Valley location and eat there than to come back here.

Very crowded but mainly because its good, bathroom had nothing to wipe my hand.
Delicious steak, shrimp, house salad, appetizer bread (slightly sweet with cinnamon butter). Always a go-to when we are traveling! (But every Texas Roadhouse climate is too cold!)

Walked in got seated, sweet that was good. Sat at table for 35 mins or so and nobody came to take even out drinks. Needed to wave over one of the managers to send someone over. Ordered steak, broccoli w cheese and a bowl of chilli. Chilli felt like it had sand in it but brushed it off as just seasonings. Broccoli was water logged and no cheese. Steak had no flavor at all. Bummer but oh well. My girl got tenders and fries and she said the fries were good, but the tenders had no flavor as well. They did give a discount for us waiting so long (we didn't ask for it and didn't care either way for it but I appreciate it) Over all this visit makes me want to stick to the dundalk location.
*5-17 add on* Came again today and ordered a steak medium corn a broccoli. Steak was rare rare like it went moo rare and the broccoli was cold. My girl ordered chicken tenders and she said they were room temp as best...

We opted for carry out due to it being Motherās Day and the food tastes like it was on the same plate as in the dining area. I didnāt appreciate having to pay for rolls thatās typically offered as all you can eat in the restaurant but just dismissed it due to not feeling like being in a super packed environment at the time.
