this location is one of the best in terms of food taste however there is need for a better manager/organization. If you order online , they still wait for arrival at the store to start preparing the meal . Due to them being busy it then took 45mins wait which defeated the purpose of pre-ordering. Disorganized but still good food so I keep going back.

I order 1 large fries and 10 wings and they charge the 19.00 sum and then I check my bank and had 2 more unauthorized charges in my bank from them of 79$ with change, THEY ARE STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMER

What's sad is that I've experienced better....HERE! ABW has always been a staple around several parts of the area. I was excited when one opened in White Oak. This was the one that I would be able to go to. What was even better? Their fries were DELICIOUS krinkle cut fries that were crunchy but still soft. I enjoyed it a great deal. However, in the year or more that they have been here the quality has gone down hill with each passing month. First the special was 5.99. Then 6.5something then 7. Yet the quality of the wings have become subpar. The wings are fried so hard that you can't even bite into them, with the sauce being thrown over them. But yet still their saving grace was the fries. I even went to them about a month ago after I moved and received some not so great food, and still gave them another chance..... This past weekend, Friday 16th of December, I order my usual honey bbq combo. Even though they showed me that my order was correct, I did not taste check anything (I mean who does). When I got home and opened my container and began to chew my food. My fries tasted as though they had fallen into the grease drawer while they were making the wings. The sauce was so unimpressive and uninspiring and sad. I was continuing to go there because I did not think that I could get the good quality I had become used to. Now that I see that they too are joining the sliding scale of lackadaisical work, I think I won't have to make it a point to go to THIS SPECIFIC ABW anymore.

I was so disgusted with this place. I asked to use the restroom and when I opened the door roaches crawled out. The toilet had feces splattered all over it. I told the guy that worked there and he just shrugged. I will never revisit this location again.
I ordered wings via Uber Eats, I paid for drums only and placed a request of "wings naked and the sauce on the side" and I said if any questions to call and gave my number. I got drums and flats, and they were sauced! I attempted to call the store several times before contacting Uber and receiving a refund. I'll be calling customer service. I wish Google would let us post photos.

This place has really great food which may be their saving grace! Extremely POOR customer service! I was on hold for over 10 minutes with no updates like, “sorry for the wait we will be with you soon” or “thanks for holding we really value your business”! Just, “how can I help you”? When I reminded the male who answered the phone that I had been holding for over 10 minutes, his response was “how can I help you”…. Extremely rude and horrible customer service. Do better!

I am in no hurry to go back. The place was completely empty when I walked in so I was serviced immediately. The prices were average the food was decent but nothing to write home about. The best thing about it was that the parking was free!
