Me and my sister ordered our food and the guy who came out with my sisters food held the tray with one hand causing fries and her food to fall all over her lap then GRABBED the fries from the tray with his bare hands and put them on the table we were sitting at and practically THREW the ketchup packets at her, took the tray that had the rest of her fries and her straw on it and walked away. there was PLENTY of room on the table for the tray and he man handled her food without saying a word. best experience ever!“
“This was our first time there we sat at the bar and the bar tender was very good and helpful. Neat place. We had pork Belly Ends and a chicken wrap. Everything was very good!! Looking forward to the outside seating in the summer. We will definitely be back!“

“Their mixed drinks are a bit on the pricey side for the size you get and food is pricier compared to a place like Texas Roadhouse. Parking was difficult being that it’s on a one way street so I had to put money in the meters both times I went and walk a short distance to the place. Staff and management were very friendly, helpful and personable. As for my 2 visits to Bulls and Bears, their online menu wasn’t updated and reflected the old way of making brined chicken which was charbroiled. When I got it home I noticed it was fried chicken so I called to make sure they didn’t give my to go order away and give me someone else’s food and found out that the online menu wasn’t updated to show the new way they make it, but she said to come in and they would make it the old way for me since that’s how it was advertised and wow, that was the best chicken I ever had!!! Not sure if they’d do this by request again but if they would, I highly recommend trying it. It was so juicy and flavorful, mashed potatoes tasted real and broccoli was cooked just right. Excellent dinner and it was worth $22 for that meal. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. Haha!“
“Stopped here on a road trip. I ordered the tenders and my husband, the 2 piece meal. My tenders weren’t the most tender but the sauce made it better and my husband said his 2 piece had more breading than meat. The fries were fresh and hot and tasty. So overall, just average but we attributed it to the lunch rush they must’ve just had.“

“Really good food I think I got some chili and then some loaded tater tots and I can't remember how much it was but well the bowl of chili was like 6 bucks and then that was like 11 bucks so like 20 bucks but I had to take half for almost three quarters of the tater tots home because I can't eat much for one thing but it kind of sucks when you have is bad as nerves of as I do I mean I can literally eat five or six bites all out of something and then I'm full I don't care if I didn't eat for the past 2 days if I just eat a couple of chips or something I'm full I have to like almost starve myself for 3 days or more to actually eat like everybody else does so I don't know they say it's mental but I am not sure about that anymore“
“My family and I came in tonight for dinner as I did not feel up to cooking. We were seated almost immediately. Our server was excellent. We had Salina. She made our experience memorable. She provided excellent service all while making us laugh and joke around. My youngest daughter was not in a good mood and somehow Miss. Salina was able to turn my daughters mood around because she included my daughter and made her feel special. The food was pretty good. Salina had recommended to try the Friday's Classic Combo, and it did not disappoint. The whiskey glaze is so delicious. The kitchen also did a great job. Our appetizer came first (as it should), and then all of our food came out at one time. I didn't feel rushed to scarf down my appetizer in order to eat my meal hot. We didn't wait very long at all for our meals either. The overall experience was awesome. If you are going to dine in, I highly recommend that you ask for Salina to be your server. She was amazing. 10/10 recommend. My family and I will definitely be returning and asking to sit with Salina; and I highly recommend that you do the same. Good job managers for an overall great experience.“
“The food was absolutely delicious and the service was above and beyond in my opinion. It was the atmosphere that I didn't like. The music was WAY too loud in the lobby. You could hardly hear the people you were with. As for the food, order the little cheeseburger, it's PLENTY big, and it's a few dollars cheaper than the regular burger. The fries remind me of Thrasher's in Ocean City,MD and therefore are worth the time alone! “I only get the desserts/ moolate drinks from here since I tend to not eat "fast food" anymore. The service is always courteous and friendly. I tend to do drive thru so I can't comment on inside atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu isn't much different from any other fast food place but love the kiddi cone coin option from the car wash.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have access to the restaurant.“

“Ordered 2 baked potatoes thru the driveup. We were told to pull up further while they got them ready. It took a while because they made them fresh. I ended up going inside because i wasn't sure what was taking so long. When we got home to eat them, there was no sour cream or butter provided even though we ordered sour cream & chives baked potatoes“
“The food is the best I’ve had since moved my to Hagerstown. The wings are delicious but even better are the halal platters. The service is great as well, the guy who took my order Paul was very kinds and patient even though it took me a while to choose what I wanted. I recommend this place to everyone.“
“The only reason for the 4 star rating is this location only sells Dairy Queen's "Sweets and Treats." They don't serve any grill items.Mostly this location serves through the Drive Thru. They can get very busy between 5pm to 6:30pm but despite the long lines your wait will not be as long as you think it will. The employees are very good at quickly getting your order right and getting it to you.I recommend this location if you have a craving for soft serve ice cream Treets.“

They rarely ever get the order wrong or take a long time to bring it out, as I mostly do curb-side pick-up. “We’ll often grab dinner here after our daughter’s gymnastics class next door. We’ve been consistently pleased. The Greek salad is fresh with lots of feta, and the pizza is solid. Recently, I’ve been particularly impressed by the cheese steaks. The meat and cheese blend together the way they should, and the rolls have a crisp exterior with a softer inside that complements the cheesesteak well.Kid-friendliness: The interior is casual and clean, and we’ve never felt out of place with our 3 year old. Since the location does significant amounts of take-out and is next a gymnastic center, it lends itself well to kids.“
