“I’m not gonna lie, the chicken from this place is some of the best fried chicken I’ve had IN YEARS, other than bojangles. I felt as if I was touched by an angel once I took a bite out of that chicken, I don’t know WHAT they’re putting in that chicken, or what’s used to season it, but whoever seasoned it, well, they deserve the world.“

“They need to invest in their business and how it looks at the moment you dont know if you coming for a meal or a show according to the window... also they could make alot of money if they open back up the section for families or people who come to eat just set rules we love your food we just want a better esthetic for your business“

“Stopped by Spicy Chicken & Fish for the first time and had a great experience. I originally ordered the 2 piece chicken meal with fries and a drink for only $6, which was already an amazing deal. While ordering, I noticed a poster advertising 5 pieces of chicken for $5.99. I pointed it out to the cashier, Rafi, and without any hesitation he switched my order over for me.
When I got my food, I was surprised to see they gave me 6 pieces of chicken instead of 5. One of the pieces did have a small raw spot with some blood, so I brought it back to Rafi. He apologized right away, replaced it without any hassle, and even gave me 2 extra pieces of chicken for the inconvenience.
Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled. Rafi provided excellent customer service from start to finish, was respectful, and made sure I left happy. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and cooked to order. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Rafi!“
