“This used to be my favorite. I came in last Friday bought a 32 oz smoothie. I do love the smoothies and chocolate covered almonds. They no longer have styrofoam cups which is a great disappointment. B4 you even get 20 mins away anything is melted in those plastic cups. I even tried to refreeze it like I always do. But it was mostly sweet juice by the time I got home. Which means I wasted my money. I need a cup that works please smoothie king! I still recommend because this bothers me and may not bother others.“

Her Customer Service was excellent and she was very knowledgeable. She informed me of the most popular juices & smoothies and even let me taste a few. The juice was very delicious, you couldn't tell that it's supposed to be healthy. I ended up getting the Get Money Smoothie which was very good also. I only came in for a smoothie but ended up purchasing some juices also. I definitely will be back.“

He apologized and made me the smoothie I'd ordered from last night. I appreciated the professionalism and this time my wait was less than 10 minutes. This location is short staffed and if you order online they just mark you order complete but never make the order. I placed an order through the app and my husband went to pick it up on his way home. There was only 1 lady working.
My husband got there at 9pm, but I ordered through the app as I wanted specific substitues that I didnt want him to inadvertantly mess up. I placed the order at 901pm and at 919pm (while my husband was waiting) the order was marked completed. After 20 minutes my husband asked when my order would come up and the lady said she never recieved the order. She told him we could just cancel the order and place it with her in person, but the app wasnt offering that option as it was already marked completed. On top of that she wasn't willing to simply make the order since it was an error on their end. This was our first time at this location and we were excited about there being a smoothie king closer to our home but we will not be returning!! Between waiting for the order, the lady looking through the system and my husband showing the lady my online receipt several times, he spent almost 40 MINUTES IN A SMOOTHIE CARRYOUT!! Essentially smoothie king stole $11.64 from me with no apology or solutions offered and wasted 40 minutes of our time!!!“

I was greeted by a very nice young lady who answered all my questions as well as provided free samples. I ordered the Nica Bowl and Hubby ordered the Tide Bowl. I enjoyed checking out the visuals in this place while waiting. The menu is conveniently located on the wall by register w options galore and descriptions. Plenty of substitutions and add ins. Pineapple decor, 2 picture walls, meal bars for sale, etc. Once our bowls were complete, they came out Yelp, IG picture ready !! The only thing better than their appearance was their taste. We could taste each fresh ingredient that fit perfect w the bowls. 1/3 of the way in, we were full. I forced my bowl down. Hubby brought his home to freeze and eat the next day. No complaints. “So happy to have one of these so close to my home. I love their açaí bowls, everything is always freshly prepared, the taste has been consistent and the bowls have been so yummy.

This new location was very neat & clean, the employees were polite, I asked for some extra drizzle on top of my bowl and was granted it with no hesitation. You get to watch them make it and they also make fresh & sell Auntie Anne’s products as well.

I’ve been in the Owings Mills/Reistertown area for 3 years and have yet to find a good sushi UNTIL now. I usually drive to Hampden just to visit Yama Sushi, but now I think i found my new sushi spot. Tried the pseudo-Tuna Melt (tuna made of carrot), cashew cheese, lettuce, tomato, thinly sliced onion for me, served on sprouted (?) bread, toasted nicely. Surprisingly good & filling. Nice size sandwich, too. Only ate half & took the rest home. Other new options include a beet-pastrami sandwich. The extraordinary Reuben, always a favorite here, now uses marinated tempeh (marinated in-house) instead of the previous type. I sampled the marinated version and it was more flavorful and worth the try another time. The tuna and cashew cheese are also made in-house. I found Tak (forgive if not spelled correctly) knowledgeable about veggie food and cooking with a background in veg food preparation. Very professional & personable. Christy, also, a maker-of-food, was not in yesterday, but seems to a good group. Look forward to trying more new, creative additions to existing menu. Thanks for the meal yesterday everyone!! There is a very generous amount of cheese foam, and although the drinks are a bit more expensive than other places, the quality is much better and the options are interesting.
