“From the time you enter the door, staff always politely welcomes you to the brand. With huge smiles and direct eye contact, staff have a driven purpose to serve your needs. The store is always clean, the food is tasty and they accommodate as much as they can. Such a huge variety of foods to choose from, the menu is beautiful and there are soo many sauces. They do not mind giving you a sample of something you are unsure of and if you have allergies they will look into the company booklet to ensure you do not get affected by any ingredients. This place is worth a visit to anyone, come one, come all, eat it all! 😄“

“I LOVE this honeygrow. I come here once every month but might start returning more frequently. Everything always feels super fresh. I usually get the same thing every time I go, but a highlight was the crab earlier this summer. Terry is usually on staff when I’m there, and is always super friendly and attentive especially when I’ve accidentally misclicked on the tablet for my order and need adjustments. “We had a private event at Dear Charles and it was a fantastic experience. From the start of planning, the entire staff was helping, communicative and accessible. Our event was a corporate event, but the dining room and the food helped it be a relaxed atmosphere for all of our attendees.“

“Banana House is a small deli located in a retail shopping strip near the intersection of Dolfield Avenue and Cold Spring Lane in northwest Baltimore. It is situated next doer to the famous Hairmasters Barber Shop. The store is clean. Like many small delis in Baltimore. the walk-in customer service area is very narrow and partitioned off from the cooking area with plexiglass. There is limited seating. Staff were very cordial and friendly. The food was prepared in a timely fashion. The lake trout and french fries was very good. I enjoyed the special meal which came with a drink. I will return. I give this Baltimore deli a rating of 5 .“

Their kiosk ordering system was down, but the staff were very helpful and it was an even more pleasant experience. “I’m surprised to see the review saying that they were rude or had attitude. I was welcomed with a huge grin. And polite conversation was made. Also, another review said that the pizza was lackluster. I feel the opposite. Both times, it was delicious. I got regular white pizza. It isn’t traditional though. It kind of reminds me of lasagna. But it the best say possible. Delicious. A BIG complaint is that they close too early. Excuse me? People have families. Have some empathy. Please support this small business. “I just want to give a shout out to the N&C on Dobbin in Columbia. They made the BEST Penne Rosa I have ever had. All my veggie substitutions were correct and they were so fresh and delicious. My online order wasn’t ready when I arrived and the nice guy behind the counter gave me a free soda since I had to wait a few mins. It was just a lovely experience and delicious food. Thank you :)“
