Jibang is definitely one of the best sushi restaurants around. They have a fantastic selection of sushi options and always have the freshest fish! Although it may seem small.Jibang is without a doubt my go-to place for sushi.

Small inside but great for takeout. Sushi is always fresh and ready quickly. Staff is friendly. I have only had the takeout sushi, never tried the Chinese or Hibachi entrees. I usually get my sushi w/ less sauce (see pictured). I suggest confirming which Roll has imitation crab vs lump crab so you are not disappointed.

In describing its “House Special Rolls”, the menu specifically states “crabmeat”; however, the sushi they serve is actually crab stick (made of fish) and not real crabmeat. The menu does not provide any way of knowing that fake crab is used. As I have an allergic reaction to the ingredients in many crab sticks, I was unable to eat the order after it was delivered. What a let down. Shame on Ji Bang for fake advertising. Why list ingredients if you’re going to be dishonest...
