I ordered a cheesesteak. The cashier was rude amd did not know what types of cheese are available to substitute. I asked her to ask the cooks since they SHOULD know and one of them looked confused. After finding out they do not have the Cooper cheese I settled for provolone. When I got the cheesesteak I saw more of the inside of the bread than meat. This cheesesteak was soo disappointing. Most certainly will not return here.

On July 27, 2024, placed an order for a cheese steak sub and a ginger ale. The only part of the order that was correct was the ginger ale. I called the restaurant and explained my issued to the night manager. He immediately had a new ordered to my home. I thank him for solving the issue immediately. I don't think (lack of attention to detail) will happen again. I am a Pat Pizza customer because people like him . THANK YOU AGAIN

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!I have called MULTIPLE times about their rude & disrespectful delivery driver! He bangs on my glass door, when i have a door bell. so i changed to no contact, STILL he does it & if he gets no response he will leave your food on the ground WHEN THERES A TABLE FOR IT! this is why i dont tip him, this is why i refuse to support this establishment any longer because they refuse to do anything about him. I dont feel safe with him delivering to my home any longer, i have a camera & it gets every interaction with him . they dont care about their customer's safety.

The food quality at Pats has worse over the past few months. I work in Catonsville and someone orders from Pat’s almost daily, and there’s always a complaint. I’ve ordered at home in Randallstown a few times and I’ve gotten RAW chicken on a salad which was reimbursed by DoorDash to burnt pizza or undercooked pasta. Maybe the owners have changed, I don’t know but I hope they find the recipes and staff that cares enough to follow them.

Best pizza in town. The buffalo wings need work, ordered two separate times and have been under cooker or rubbery. May need a new wing distributor because their wings use to be really really good. Wings may be frozen precooked wings or something

Ordered the same 2 large square pizzas 3 days ago. This pizza had grease everywhere. Still tasted good. However the boneless wings and waffle fries (crumbs) were barely edible. They were overcooked, dry and rock hard.
