We ordered a white pizza and a cheese pizza. They were both over cooked, dry!!!! I’m very disappointed.

I’ve been a customer well over 10yrs. On the evening January 3rd, 2026 i ordered delivery. Upon arrival, I had my 12yr old son answer the door to retrieve the food. My son came running upstairs stating “he said he needs your signature “ i told my son “you can sign for me”. He goes back downstairs, then he returns with the delivery drivers personal cell phone and it’s open on the tip menu. My son says “mom he said you need to do this”. I tip any other time, and the ONE time I don’t, this man used aggressive, tacky tactics in attempts to receive a tip? Disgusting! I gave him his phone back, took my food, gave him a piece of my mind and slammed the door. Called the store, all that was given was a weak apology. They seem complicit in his actions, they only apologized because I complained. I will never spend money with Pats again.

Asked them for an extra side of marinara on the side because their pastas are almost always chokable. Of course they gave me something that looks like puke. They get on my nerves like really bad with the inconsistencies. Bring back the old management. I would add a picture but its not letting me for some reason.

Saba or what ever the owner name is, is the most disrespectful person i have ever came in contact with. His customer service SKILLS IS TERRIBLE. I order the same thing 2 times in a row and was not given what i order. i called back to let them know he gets on the phone yelling and basically told me don't order it anymore since they cant get it correct. he told me he has lost plenty of customers and all i was explaining that the order was incorrect. i wouldn't recommend anyone placing a order there if you don't was to be disrespected by the owner.

Got a cheesesteak that had a good taste but very little steak. So disappointing!

They mid honestly

First time I'd BLT sandwich, the lettuce taste horrible. This time, there is white mold on the bread.

This place never misses I used to eat here back in 2019 all the time and it’s 2025 I just moved back in the area and it’s still top tier tasting pizza and the naked wings are awesome I got the sweet chili this is my second delivery this week. Please never change I know I can count on you.
