“The food wasn’t bad here. I had ordered the fried calamari, catfish platter, Buffalo wings, and the shrimp basket to be shared between 2 people. Everything was pretty good! The portion sizes were actually smaller than what I thought, but it was fine. My only complaint would be to put more sauce on the wings. I would definitely order from them again. They have some other items on the menu that I want to try!“

“I just want to give a shout out to the N&C on Dobbin in Columbia. They made the BEST Penne Rosa I have ever had. All my veggie substitutions were correct and they were so fresh and delicious. “I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They just opened and my food was very delicious. They let me sample different things and suggested things I would like based on that. I got the santefe salad with the harrissa chicken. It definitely packs a punch of heat but man was it good. They had a lot of options I'm sure anyone could find something they liked there. The crew was very friendly and greeted every customer that came in. Even as they were close to closing time I saw they had good cleaning practices because they were sanitizing the chairs. “Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.

This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.

“Banana House is a small deli located in a retail shopping strip near the intersection of Dolfield Avenue and Cold Spring Lane in northwest Baltimore. It is situated next doer to the famous Hairmasters Barber Shop. The store is clean. Like many small delis in Baltimore. the walk-in customer service area is very narrow and partitioned off from the cooking area with plexiglass. There is limited seating. Staff were very cordial and friendly. The food was prepared in a timely fashion. The lake trout and french fries was very good. I enjoyed the special meal which came with a drink. I will return. I give this Baltimore deli a rating of 5 .“

The cornbread was overcooked and a tiny end corner sliver about an inch wide. (Very disappointing) the blueberry cobbler was warm and yummy even though it was also overcooked.“

My wife and I went into Tonys for an attempt at a quick lunch with our twins and not only was there clean high chairs, but when the server brought out the pizza for the kids he asked if we wanted it cut up and promptly took it back to the kitchen and cut it in bit size pieces. “I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

To the point where our waitress was handling walk-ins and pick up orders downstairs AND trying to wait the tables upstairs. Too much for one person. She was so sweet tho.
