Would not allow us to eat outside with our 9 pound dog. We where extremely insulted has we have been sitting outside with our dog everywhere. I will never eat at 99 again

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We walked in, no host or hostesses were there. We waited for four minutes only for an elderly couple to be seated right after walking through the doors. We were completely dismissed, we walked out and will not be coming back! All this restaurant cares about is its takeout orders. Overall, terrible service!

We went to this restaurant for my grandmother's 75th birthday. The staff were very rude and we noticed the table with sticky and dirty like it had not been cleaned good in the past 4 years. We ate anyway because it was my grandmother's favorite restaurant and then while we were sitting on the bench the top slid forward and this is just undescribable I will show you the image would not recommend eating at this restaurant ever

I went to the Auburn ,Me location on July 11. I walked in at approximately 4:30 pm on Friday. I sat at the bar ,near the service bar area , being a retired Bartender/ Bar manager. A young lady named Kayla was in the bar herself ,a tough job for a Friday night at a 30+ seat bar !! She was PHENOMENAL in every way . The service was both extremely pleasant & efficient. She listens to the order/ food very accurately. She was reasonably busy ,but still Very attentive to

Smaller than normal proportions? Trying to keep the price down? Why are you charging 42 cents pet small draft beer? Tried to ask the waiter but he walked away while I was talking. State of Maine charges 35c a gallon for tax. Is this another add on? Been going there for many years. Probably be many more before I go again. Waiter extremely Rude and got the 0 dollar tip he earned

Our server in Auburn Maine was fabulous! She made sure we got our popcorn and placed our order immediately. We got our food within five minutes couldn’t believe it. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. We were in and out within half an hour as busy as it was at 6 o’clock! This was the quickest and best service we have ever had!!!
