Food was luke warm pretty much cold, Dishes were still dirty.. desert was okay. Service was terrible the waitress took other people's orders whom arrived after we did and we sat there watching it happen... won't return..

Auburn Maine... Bad experience for Food and Delivery.. Took 50 minutes to deliver food from the moment driver left the restaurant till he arrived 5 miles down the road.. Food was cold and hard.. Chicken was so hard it sounded like I was sawing a wooden table.. Broccoli was cold and hard as a rock Noodles were under cooked Bread was not fully cooked. 3 other people in my house also complained about thier food.. Coleslaw smelled like perfume. Chicken wings as hard as a rock. Potatoes were very cold. $103.00 was a complete waste. It was my Daughters Birthday and she was so dissapointed I feel bad for her. We will never go there again and we all agreed to spread the word to as many as possible including Social Media.. Worst Resturaunt I ever recieved food from in over 57 years !! as Of Thursday 2-5-2026..Well here it is 4 days later still waiting for some kind of solution to this isue. Guess I am being ignored.. This speaks alot of the Managment of this Resturaunt..

Pros: Fast seating for a Saturday night and fair pricing. The food was fine, though nothing spectacular. Cons: The cleanliness was disappointing (dirty floors), and the service was forgetful—we never received our starter popcorn, and my wife's wine order was completely missed. Good for a budget, but they need to tighten up the service.

The food was fantastic, the waitress was excellent, and all the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a crock of onion soup and the steak tips dinner. Both were delicious and the steak tips were practically 'melt in your mouth' tender. The upside down pineapple drink was also very good.

We used to live in Boston , moved to Florida, after telling uber driver it was our anniversary and the restaurant we were going to was closed on mondays , the driver told us about food and service at 99 , As a previous 5 star waiter in Boston it was nice to have a five star service from Jill , it was a lot of food so we end up having some to take back to the hotel , We met a beautifull lady that served at the navy and thanks her for the service . Thanks Jill for making of our 10 th anniversary ( my wife said it’s 21) the best one , yet it is 21 ,

The staff here is always friendly, affable, and courteous.
Food is good, pricey but what isnt? unlike other such resturants, the quality is decent. Portions are good and I always walk away satisfied.
In the past my experience with this chain is hit or miss... BUT this 99 location was great!!!! Food was tasty, wait was short to get in with large group, and our server was hilarious and great at his job! We all had a great time and enjoyed our meals.

Would not allow us to eat outside with our 9 pound dog. We where extremely insulted has we have been sitting outside with our dog everywhere. I will never eat at 99 again
