The food was fantastic, the waitress was excellent, and all the entire staff were very friendly and helpful.
I had a crock of onion soup and the steak tips dinner. Both were delicious and the steak tips were practically 'melt in your mouth' tender. The upside down pineapple drink was also very good.

We used to live in Boston , moved to Florida, after telling uber driver it was our anniversary and the restaurant we were going to was closed on mondays , the driver told us about food and service at 99 ,
As a previous 5 star waiter in Boston it was nice to have a five star service from Jill , it was a lot of food so we end up having some to take back to the hotel ,
We met a beautifull lady that served at the navy and thanks her for the service .

Cons: The cleanliness was disappointing (dirty floors), and the service was forgetful—we never received our starter popcorn, and my wife's wine order was completely missed. Good for a budget, but they need to tighten up the service.
