About Applebee's

Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a fun environment and delicious food, with friendly staff and a positive atmosphere. The restaurant can get busy, especially during popular events, but the workers are accommodating and apologetic about any delays. The overall experience is usually positive, with the training server Lacey receiving high praise for excellent service, including making drink recommendations and engaging in friendly conversation. Customers recommend asking for Lacey to ensure the best experience. The food is generally excellent, with the Bourbon Street Steak and Bourbon Street Chicken Pennes being particularly popular. The burgers are also highly praised, and the staff who bring food to the car are known for their friendly and welcoming demeanor. While the establishment can get very busy on Friday evenings, the hostess and waiters are efficient and professional, ensuring a clean and enjoyable dining experience. However, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the ribs, with the flavor being great but the meat being tough.
