I would never leave a bad review for a single experience but every time I go here I say never again, then I think can't be that bad and try it again a few months later. Every time it's just bad, literally just worse every time. Today just has to be the end of my attendance at the sh*t show. Maybe if I started drinking I just would be oblivious to the disaster😂
We ordered take out and it was the worse food we have had. The chicken was so overcooked that we couldnt even bite barely bite into it, the fries were beyond crispy, they were hard and the mozzarella sticks were not cooked. We ordered four meals tonight and all four were absolutely awful. Very upsetting as we had good experiences in the past, however this meal tonight closes my thoughts on your restaurant
I ordered a to-go order containing 20 traditional wings and 20 boneless wings. After I got home I noticed that half of my order was missing. I only received 10 boneless and 10 traditional wings. When I called to ask for a refund for half of my order I was told that a refund could not be issued; I could only get a store credit for half of the cost of my order or I could drive back to the store (at 9 pm with 4 children) to get the other half of my order.
