Went thru the drive thru, waited awhile, got our food, they messed up the order. Went inside with the wrong food to swap it out with the right item. Waited more than 15mins, by the time I got back out the other food I had was cold and the replacement item I got was cold as well, so they had me waiting for nothing. It was dirty there too. Will NEVER go there again.

This is more so just about the pickle fries they are severely lacking. Don’t go in expecting it to even come close to fried pickles from the fair. The pickle fries are just lacking in flavor.

I went into the Mount Auburn location in Auburn Maine. I went inside because there were a lot of cars in the drive-through and there were about three people in the lobby. I ordered a soda and a cheeseburger. There were two gentlemen working in the kitchen and then another employee who was not working at the time, but was outback, went into the kitchen to talk to the two men working. The two men stopped working, took out their phones and proceeded to have a conversation while the line was just about around the building and I was waiting still for a cheeseburger over six minutes at this point. I was a manager of a Burger King in Portland for many years and we strove for quality cleanliness and service and we provided all three of those things in under a minute and 30 seconds. I understand times are different and there’s a short staff I get it, but I shouldn’t have to wait for six minutes for one cheeseburger when the employees that are supposed to be cooking it are on their phones in the kitchen.

What a horrible experience this turned out to be! Our vehicle died at the Walmart parking lot which Burger King happens to be connected to we're both starving and considering the circumstances were pretty psyched there was a Burger King right there. They were 15 minutes away from closing and there was NO ONE pulling into parking lot, leaving, at the drive thru , eating in their cars in the lot, or parked to go inside, it was, COMPLETELY DEAD! WE WALKED UP TO THE WINDOW AND WHEN WE WERE READY TO ORDER we asked if they're open and a woman came over the speaker and asked to take our order after apoligizibf for delayed response and explained that it was due to not hearing the Bell that goes off to notify them through their headsets that a vehicle has pulled up to the drive-thru and is ready to order! We started to give her the order and she started to read it back, and then just went completely ghost!!! We weren't really sure what was happening so after a couple of minutes we walked up to the window to pay them and someone came to the window and told us that they weren't going to be serving us because we walked up to the window. They explained that they only serve vehicles at drive-thru, mind you the doors to the inside were closed or we would have just gone inside to order. Now remember this place is completely empty, not a soul in sight and they're about to close, they were going to service when we thought we were in a vehicle but once they learned that we had walked up, even after explaining their car had just died and telling them about our situation, after which we would have expected some type of sympathy or leniency or something to that effect, instead we were responded to with the harsh reality that they could have cared less and I just wanted to leave and if we're not in a car we're not getting served.... Period.. End of story. We asked why they couldn't serve US unless we're in a vehicle and they said that because it's dangerous in case we get hit by a car so we pointed out the obvious fact that there's not a soul in sight and it didn't seem to matter at all they were more excited about getting out and helping anyone or helping increase the monetary goal for the business they work for. They could have easily asked us to wait in a spot that they felt was more safe like the entrance area or the exit area to the dining space, where there's nice plants a preview, and lots of people smoke cigarettes there while they're waiting for their orders or after they eat accommodated and remedied. 8100 felt like they just didn't feel like serving us since they didn't, as far as what they say, technically have to serve us! If I could use zero Stars I would use zero stars because that's what that experience deserved

There is no handicapped sidewalk or parking at this place and it made it hard to get in.

I'm a frequent flyer for the Whopper Jr., fries and chocolate chip cookies... The are constantly good, and the staff is always exceptionally friendly and courteous.
Kid-friendliness: Meals and decor suitable for all ages
Wheelchair accessibility: As my other half is in a wheelchair, I can vouch for this restaurant being handicapped accessible

Get there early for lunch so you can get a hot meal. Pay all this money for fast food and its cold. Most of the time your better off to lower tier sit down restaurant for a better product for relatively the same price.
