great service great food great price
Our server Life was supposed to clock out at 3pm , the server replacing him wasn’t scheduled till 4? The owner of this location won’t allow employees overtime! They should probably pay the employees who bother to show up what they are worth instead of leaving the restaurant unstaffed and unable to seat customers, and servers and hostesses ready to walk out of a job. Denny's is a down-to-earth restaurant serving great comfort food. The location is central with plenty of parking and seating, including booths and tables with wide aisles for wheelchair accessibility. The food is good, with hot and generous portions, including fluffy pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream. Recent reviews highlight that meals like the steak and eggs are surprisingly tender and flavorful, and the restaurant offers large servings that can last for multiple meals. Customers appreciate that their orders, such as the Grand Slam and chocolate shake, arrive hot and fresh, even after traveling home. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant smells clean. However, some find the prices high, with recent comments mentioning that certain dishes, like the American Slam, are now more expensive than before, making it less affordable than in the past. Despite some inconsistencies like weird-tasting hashbrowns, Denny's remains a place with a comforting atmosphere and decent food worth visiting.
