Normal I have great friendly service not the case today. What has happen to customer service don't get me wrong I totally understand not having a good day or being stress bc your short-handed but don't be rude to the customer that aren't being rude just trying to order their coffee. Has thank you or your welcome became lost in this world these days? I would normal give 5 stars at this location.
Workers should really repeat the order back to the customer to avoid miscommunication. 2/4 drinks were wrong, and the lady on the headset was very cold and unwelcoming. "Can I help you?" Like nah fam I'm sitting here for my health.Otherwise people are generally friendly.

Over the past five years I have ordered from this location periodically. I haven't done so often, but when I have, I've been happy. My methods of ordering: walk in and delivery. My go to had been one closer to my home where I had ordered from at least 50 times over two years. I'd say 75% of the time the closest one to me got their orders wrong, I was drinking coffee grinds, or regular items were out of stock. Not 7 Riverside. They are awesome.
