I come to this location once in a while when I am on Center street. This place gets VERY busy to the point where the cars start lining up long Center street. I agree with other reviewers that the parking lot is small and very difficult to navigate when there is a line of cars in the drive thru.Staff was friendly, always moving, but you can always tell who is new and who are the veterans. Staff seem to work well together, communicate effectively and I get my coffee and food in a decent amount of time.

Im completely disgusted by the workers here ! I have been going here for 2 years multiple times a day with my husband ! Last weeked he went alone a few of workers were out in the parking lot , he drove through around to the window to get his order when the girl working gets a phone call, it was the worker outside and she said ' tell jonathan to hit me up sometime' so as the coffee was handed to him he receives the message"Michelle Elisabeth Libby" is her name . Long story short is they hooked up on Saturday..Im completely disturbed by the whole situation .. when i went there the next day i spoke with another worker whom i see often she told me herself that she told michelle he was married .. i told her what i knew and 2 hours later I receive threatening messages from this michelle ! Very very unprofessional little girl and will never return to that dunkin location as long as she is working there , i do not want anything done to my food and drinksShe can deny to her co workers that nothing happened and claim innocence but here is juat 1 screenshot with messages from her!The ladies there should be professionals not pigs !

If i could give less stars I would. casually driving away from the store to go about my morning, sipping on my iced coffee when suddenly I have a clump of fuzz or hair in my mouth. NASTY. Do better dunkin. ( not even half way into my coffee)

We were at this Dunkin at 2:30 on a weekday. Donut case was empty except for plain or chocolate munchkins. We ordered plain and they were stale. Our order for three servings of hash browns was screwed up and we had to ask for two of the servings. A staff member was red eyed and complaining about her treatment, I assume by co workers. Altogether an unpleasant experience
