This dunkin runs on the ladies behind the counter. I walked in to order this morning for the first time to see a ton of cups waiting to be filled on the counter, almost walked out afraid I’d be late for work BUT the ladies working had it down to a science. Clean, friendly & fast. Thanks for a great experience !

The main reason I gave 5 stars to Dunkin on Center Street in Auburn is because of an excellent employee named Kyle. He showed compassion and wonderful customer service to my child and I when we came in basically as they were closing. Although I'm sure he was ready to finally finish his day and close up, he made sure my kiddo got what she wanted and that she walked out with a smile on her face...and he did it all with a smile.
