Brought my grandson(3) on a friday @ noon(when doors opened).
There were a few people at opening but not to bad.
(It started getting busier as time went on)
I added 20 $ on game card & paid 3.99 $ for him to be able to use the play gym.
Cost: 26 $
He used the play area first & seemed to really enjoy it then we played a few games before sitting down to eat.
He wanted a cheeseburger & fries kids meal and I ordered the same. I was really surprised that they only offer can soda & bottled water(1.75$) since it's a kids play place ..
Cost 15 $
They give you a button to put on table so when food was done they could bring it to your table. We went to play for a little longer while food was cooking then went to seating area to wait for food (approx 15 mins).
Once food came it arrived in a basket with burger, fries & 3 packets of ketchup I asked if I could get a paper cup & she said they have none & then I asked for packet of mustard for our burger & she said I had to pay for it..?? ( A little crazy since I had already paid 50 $ but OK...)
The food was as expected for a play place (frozen patty & shoestring french fries) we ate then resumed playing..
Staff were helpful answering questions ect.
Bathrooms were super clean maybe because we arrived upon opening but you can tell they care..
I saw staff on multiple occasions sanitizing & making sure areas were clean(5 *'s)
Overall we had a good time & would recommend visiting especially when the kiddos are stuck inside in the winter or rainy days..

Total time spent: 2.5 hrs
Total % spent: 50 $

I had a birthday party for my two daughters here this past weekend, and they absolutely loved it!! I had booked the party online, and they called me about 4-5 days before the party to go over some things with me. I got an arcade package for 20 people. It included pizza, cupcakes, bottled water, game cards for everyone, a voucher for fluff me, and a table for you and your guests. You have the option to choose between other add-ons and also change up some things.

My daughters had a blast here running around in the play gym, playing the arcade games, and even playing lazer tag (my personal favorite šŸ˜‰)!

The employees were really nice and helpful. There was one employee who didn't really seem pleased to be working and seemed more interested in socializing (even if they and the person they were trying to socialize with had a customer at the time. Though the other employee would try to stay focused). And I guess that there was an employee that was rude to some of my guests about the table. I was told that if it got to 2pm and the table was needed for another party that they may ask us to move to the smaller tables (which is understandable). Nobody asked us to move, but I guess that while I was in lazer tag with some of the guests, a female employee apparently told some of my guests (in a not so polite way) that they needed to move because the party ended at 2. When I got back from lazertag they told me about it. There was one party set up at the tables, but they weren't even close to where we had been. And all of the other tables and chairs weren't even there anymore. It was completely empty except for the one row of tables and chairs nearest to the party entry area. Again, I completely understand being told that you may be asked to move after your party end time if the table and chairs are needed for another party (as it says on your website and as I was told by the nice employee who set me up at the beginning of my party), or even if you have barely any guests left. But most of my guests were still around between the party area, the arcade area, and lazertag (as very few had left at that point). And the table and chairs obviously weren't needed for another party as they were completely taken away. So instead of saying that you "may be asked" to move, you should instead say that you will be required to move. Just so that way everyone is clear. I would have had my entire party move ahead of time had I known that was the case, and then there wouldn't have been any sourness between my guests and the one employee. We all ended up leaving around 2:30pm, though many would have originally stayed longer. Luckily we didn't, as we would have taken up many of the few small tables.

I would also definitely recommend a ticket system or something like that for lazertag. I had paid for 9 people for lazertag when I first arrived and was going to do two rounds; The first one using 7 of the spaces, and the second using the other two and paying for extra spots. Some people wanted to go the first round, and others wanted to go the second round with some from the first paying to go again. Having tickets or something like that definitely would've made explaining that a lot easier (was a different employee then the one I paid for it with). We didn't end up going through again as many of my guests were a little upset at the situation with the employee (They told me when I got back from lazertag). So I asked one of your employees if she could give the leftover spots to some random kids.

I was also pretty excited because of the $10 fluff me voucher that was included in the party package as I had already planned on bringing my girls to get a stuffy after their party. I went to Fluff Me after and the woman working told me that they usually give you a paper slip which I never got. She helped me out though when I showed her my party paper/receipt and told me that they may have forgotten if they were really busy. She was extremely ni

Will never order the food again. Last 2 times we ordered food we were disappointed. From incorrect orders to the buzzer not going off to inform us the food was ready so it ended up cold, we were left with empty stomachs and credit to the Play card which can only be used in house. No apologies and poor customer service. Bye.

The kids had a blast lots to do

We take our kids and nephews here frequently. The staff are mostly nice and helpful. They installed a bathroom right there for the kiddos which is great. The games are cheaper than Dave and Busters but fewer. Perfect for kids parties and small enough to be able to keep an eye on everyone.

I’ve been here a bunch since I was a kid, the current setup and ownership is great! Good prices, and my nieces and nephews love visiting. The manager Mariah is always friendly and professional, anytime there’s an issue she resolves it instantly. 10/10 recommend

We have been coming here with our sons for four years now, and never once have had a bad experience. The manager and the girls in the front of the house are friendly, polite, and always go the extra mile for us( we are always losing things in the arcade?). A wide variety of games and a play gym are huge successes with our family. Clean as a whistle and a nice menu of fresh made food. Will come here often. Also super nostalgic to be in the Auburn Mall.

My kids have had a really good experience in the past but went today and had an awful experience with the young man running it. He did not want them screaming at all, ā€œI want to keep my hearing until i’m 20ā€ was his reasoning. He was following them around in the tag area which made them very uncomfortable. Didn’t want them ducking down to shoot?!? Time for new rules or help! Not sure if he realized this is laser tag.Response from the manager is a thumbs down

Nicholas Mathon

Had a private laser tag party and the employee was extremely rude. Told kids (as young as 5) that they couldn’t scream couldn’t run couldn’t kneel couldn’t do anything but basically walk and shut up. The employee was clearly not happy to spend his days around kids. Will not be going back.

Samantha Holmes

Kinda pricey. Some games were broken. The play area tower kept the kids entertained. Very busy.
