I was thoroughly impressed by the over all experience! The food was phenomenal, and you could tell that everyone works very hard to deliver the best customer service. One person in particular stood out to me. She was kind, courteous, and provided me with exceptional service. Samantha is absolutely meant to be in the service industry, and makes for a very enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend this hotel because of the atmosphere and the rooms are super comfortable and the staff are super friendly

Excellent staff and service. So friendly and helpful. Some spots for tables end up blinding the patrons, as there is no shade to control where the sun comes in from the skylights. Automatic shades would help, or setting the tables up differently.
