Last night I called and placed a order one of the items was a small hot ham and cheese plan with extra cheese when I got home I opened my sandwich and it had all the veggies salt pepper and oil so I called and told the lady who answered the phone she put me through to a manager I explained to him what happened and he nicely offered to put a gift card in the mailbox for me for a free sandwich I thanked him and hung up .. I ordered online. I took a while to be ready which is to be expected on a weekend. No big deal. I go in to pick it up. The lobby is not very busy. 5-6 employees behind the counter. I wait a minute or so. No acknowledgment. So I spoke to a young man and let him know I had an online order and gave him my name. He called out to others who all seemingly ignored him.
