Ever since the new ownership it has gone down hill. Used to love this place and now there is an issue every time we order. The online menu is never updated. It's really just a shame because we loved coming here even multiple times a week...with ZERO complaints. Now, it's just always a disappointment.
Before the new owner bought the place;I loved Heathco’s..The food was delicious.The prices were decent.The employees who took my orders by phone were okay.. sometimes I had to tell them not to repeat my credit card information out loud after reading it to them.There were a couple employees who had extremely good customer service!And when I ordered take-out, I could also request stuff to be delivered from the store side; Like milk, chips and other random things and THAT really...read full review

We ordered a pizza and onion rings from across Auburn, up rt. 4, told would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived in 15, order not only not ready, it wasn’t even made, apparently forgotten about… I got 1 apology from one staff; the acting manager never even acknowledged the situation. This isn’t our first disappointment with Heathco’s.Luckily, our order was very good— onion rings were perfect, pizza made to order. ❄️
