I ordered two subs from there today,first one was an Italian with vinegar and oil on the side,second one was a Ruben with pastrami. We brought our subs home to eat them ( I had just gotten out of radiation). my sub did not any vinegar and oil on the side at all,ate it dry! The second sub was not a pastrami,it was corn beef! After paying over $ 35.00 for both subs,I expect exactly what I paid for! You lost this customer! I will not order from this place ever again! Either the employees aren't paying attention to detail or they simple don't care!

My grandfather comes here often in the morning, and has mentioned three girls that have always been extremely nice to him, I went to check it out as I’ve never been to Heidi’s Brooklyn deli, and I was blown away by how nice the employees were. When I didn’t know what to order she gave me recommendations on her favorite and fan favorites. I was super impressed with this place! Will definitely be coming again!

Prices are too high for the lack of portion in the sides. I understand training people but service isn't friendly or expediant. Where is the management? You have good food but lack the crew to make this an experience worth paying too much for again.

They used to have one in Cleveland, this is not a real deil, the cornbeef is processed , all the bread tastes the same, I don’t recommend

Placed an online order at 6pm that was supposed to be ready to be picked up at 630pm. Got there to pick it up at 630pm to have to wait til after 715pm, to finally receive my order. Meanwhile multiple walk in orders came and left. When I asked about my order at 6:50pm, they told me they hadn't even started it yet. Ofcourse I paid ahead. Than; get told they can't make one of my sandwiches because they ran out of bread. A better system to make order aheads move out faster, would be helpful. The food isn't worth that kind of wait, when I didn't even want to walk in and wait to begin with. Edited to raise from 1 star to 3, because they refunded me in full.

I was in last night use to love coming here when I lived in Lewiston. Thought I’d come back the service and attitude was crazy. Sandwich was ok. I asked for 2 potato salads it’s one of my favorite sides. the potatos were black I went back in and told the girl it was gross and I wanted potato chips instead and she gave me the nastiest look and handed me chips. Don’t serve old food?? Also watched one of the girls go cash someone out and not change her gloves before making our food.

Love the sandwiches here. I love the marble rye bread especially.
Food is fine. Don't order online. Not worth it to wait an hour from order placed while everyone else walking in can get served faster. And then the hour long online pickup time can't even be met. And my order was wrong/hot sandwich not cooked. Not sure why the prioritization is so low for online orders. Edit: lowering my review to 2 stars from 3 because I got home and of the two sandwiches I ordered the second one was on the wrong bread. Too expensive for this.
