We chose Heidi’s for our corporate luncheon, and we were all so thrilled with that choice! Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the staff were so easy to deal with. We had some vegetarian and gluten-free options that were met easily, and it was one of the more affordable options in the area. Overall, it was such a great choice, and we will definitely be ordering from them again!

You can usually grade these sub places based on their bread. And let me tell you their bread is fantastic! None of that foam crap you see at firehouse or Jersey Mike’s. Employees are super nice and place is very clean would highly recommend this place for your sub fix then anywhere else.

The food is consistently good at Heidi's. My only complaint is the price their food like we live in Brooklyn and not central Maine - expensive for what you get, but no complaints on food quality. I just can't go there as often as I would if they were a few bucks cheaper.

Ruben had to tell the sandwich maker three times wasn’t listening to me. The sandwich has about a half a pint of thousand island sauce on it in about 2 ounces of meat. It was so terrible not going back what a rip off no wonder there was nobody there at lunchtime.
Very clean establishment. We only went for coffee but the menu looked to be very good with a nice selection of quality items. Looks like a very nice lunch
