As much as I love Jersey Mike’s- this place is an insult to the corporation.
The drama from the high school kids with their crap attitudes is sub par.
Complaining in front of consumers that you want to go home, that “I have to make another sandwich” is ridiculous! The language used is an embarrassment!
I asked if we could use an online coupon and was told , “we used to have that but to many people used it so stopped “
Guess I’ll just go back to thinking this place never existed.

Another great sandwich! Love to get the 56, it's great on white or rosemary cheddar bread. The club(cold sandwich) is always a good choice too. Took my order with no issues, and even chopped the steak up extra for me too. Clean store and clean soda machine. Pepsi brands mostly.

We have eaten there several times on our way home from our sons school. The staff although young was concientious. We were having trouble wiht a gift card and they kept going until it got resolved. I have been at some others that gave up or did not want to key in the number. The subs are consistent with other Jersey Mikes as one would expect. Overall we will continue to stop there when in the area.

Of all the locations for this restaurant that I have been to, this location is the worst! They never have what I want(consistently always out of banana peppers) and the service feels like it’s run by high school kids at their first job who don’t know what they are doing and If that is the case I hope management takes the time to teach/train them properly on how to run the line smoothly. I was in there today and over heard another customer say “at this point I should just leave” bc they had been waiting so long. It’s an absolute nightmare if you go in the store, they take ALL DAY just to make one sandwich. I’ve been in this store at different times thinking it might be better when not so busy but nope the time does not matter. It’s like that any time of day. I hope big improvements happen with this location.

I ordered the super sub and honestly I was very disappointed. I was told that the subs were great but I don’t agree. That is just my opinion the sub I got was bland and mediocre in taste. Next time I’ll go to firehouse subs.
