McDonald's in Auburn

“A small mcdonalds location with some of the most friendliest crew ive ever encountered. On the downside i did encounter a coupon nazi manager. I had an in app coupon that required a $2 purchase and my purchase was $1.99 exact. Instead of overriding (which ive had done at other locations on this same exact coupon order) the manager refused and I ended up buying something totally different.“

“I ordered 35 dollars worth of food in my order, 5 sandwiches, and 6 hash browns. There was an error, and 1 sandwich was forgotten. I know mistakes happen, I have made a few in my life, but it is what you do to fix it that matters. The person in charge, Lexanne (I hope I spelled it correctly), did an outstanding understanding that there was a mistake and was trying to fix it. This, to me, makes up for the fact I had to drive back to the restaurant. I was very impressed with the customer service and will definitely come to this franchise before others.“
