I was so excited to try this pizza. Great options for toppings. Ordered the vegan cheese on a small pizza with a bunch of toppings. Check came and no up charge for vegan cheese - because it wasn’t vegan cheese. I haven’t had dairy in 8 years. The server never even apologized just avoided eye contact.

I've never had a problem, usually you blow our socks off but we had ordered 2 seasonal salads- described to have arugula only as the greens and there's NO arugula in either salad and unfortunately thats the only greens I can eat so the salad is going to go to waste. On top of that they must've been prepped lastnight or older because the pears are brown and floppy upon delivery. *sad face*

I ordered Otto off of a recommendation from portland pie company and when receiving the pizza it wasn’t cut at all when I tried the pizza it was the greasiest and dullest pizza I’ve ever had the only good thing about the pizza was the honey just disappointing and let down

Didn't rate low as normally we love it here but just some feedback...waited to be seated finally girl at register helped us. Wasn't busy though. Waited at table she came back and took our order too which I appreciate When it was ready waitress brought it. She never came back until we were done then asked if we needed more drinks. I did ask for well done but my pizza was burnt. Lastly as we left we saw there was a special for free breadsticks but we weren't offered it ( guess i should have asked ?) As waitress clearly had no time for us I didn't bother with rewards.. yes we still tipped..yes I'm sure we'll be back and hopefully it will be a better experience ?

I usually enjoy Otto. Won't be back to this location. The pizza was a wreck. As if it were made in the dark or withclosed eyes. The sauce was clearly an afterthought with a few splotches. Half the slices had no sauce, and it was not at all spread on the ones that got it. The girls out front were great and I hope they don't have to share tips with the idiot out back. I would have had it remade if time had allowed.
Every time I go there the servers go above and beyond for us! I'll give 2 examples. About a 3 weeks ago my kids and I went in. My 9 year old wanted a specialty pizza but didn't have it by the slice. The server was able to have a kids pizza made with the same toppings so he could have it! Then yesterday I was eating with a friend and had forgotten to order pizza to bring home for my kids. The server said they had almost a whole cheese pizza that wasn't selling and gave it to us on the house! I of course tipped big. This place knows customer service.

This is the world’s coldest restaurant of all time which makes it so much worse that the service is incredibly slow. We come here every week and it takes upwards of 15 minutes to get sat and get drinks even though there is usually only 1-2 tables. Servers are on their phones constantly while you are waiting on something from them and we had to ask our server to fix our check today because we were overcharged by 10$. We will be doing takeout instead now.

food is yummy, i love the potato pizza and the caesar salad! it usually takes a while for a server to notice you're waiting, but the food is out in less than ten mins. the ac is great, the dining room is dark though.
