If there was a zero star option I’d select. Stopped in at the Auburn location. Arrived at 1:30. Waitress got to our table by 1:35. It was not very busy. 2 people, we ordered 2 small pizzas . Waitress said our order got “stuck “ behind a large takeout order after about 20 minutes. By 2:25 and still no sign of our pizza we told her we were leaving. She said she was going to let us have the pizza free. We left without it. If your takeout orders take precedence over dine in patrons, close the dining room and just do take out. There’s no sense of urgency, no manager. 2 waitress and 2 in the kitchen and when we left there was only one as the other cook was talking at the bar with a waitress and I’m assuming an off duty employee, who seemed to command more attention than our table or the rest of the tables waiting for food or a bill. Not going back. It’s pizza, it’s easy and quick to make and there’s no reason to not have managers or enough staff to serve people. Close down the dining room.

I was so excited to try this pizza. Great options for toppings. Ordered the vegan cheese on a small pizza with a bunch of toppings. Check came and no up charge for vegan cheese - because it wasn’t vegan cheese. I haven’t had dairy in 8 years. The server never even apologized just avoided eye contact.

Walked in and ordered a pie, was told it would be a half an hour. Sat at the bar and watched the start of the Knicks game. Observed about five pies come out roughly 20-30 minutes later. An hour later someone noticed we were still waiting and asked our name. Our pie had been sitting on the rack for a half an hour.

Ordered a half hour in advance, got there and was told my pizza was almost done and I was welcome to take a seat (at a table that was still covered in mess from the previous patron). After waiting a full 15 minutes I asked again roughly how much longer would it take?, to which I was then told, oh it was here the whole time, I never look on the top shelf... so thanks for thr great tasting pizza, which even lukewarm made up for my wife having to wait in the car with a screaming child. To the folks in back making the pies, thank you!

I needed 18 pizzas and a couple of salads for an event. I called Otto in Auburn on Thursday and was able to get what I needed for Monday at 11:30 am. The food was great & the salads were super fresh! The Otto team helped load the vehicle which was super helpful. Thanks for great food and service!

Asked for wood fire pizza and it wasnt even cooked all the way through
I've never had a problem, usually you blow our socks off but we had ordered 2 seasonal salads- described to have arugula only as the greens and there's NO arugula in either salad and unfortunately thats the only greens I can eat so the salad is going to go to waste. On top of that they must've been prepped lastnight or older because the pears are brown and floppy upon delivery. *sad face*

I ordered Otto off of a recommendation from portland pie company and when receiving the pizza it wasn’t cut at all when I tried the pizza it was the greasiest and dullest pizza I’ve ever had the only good thing about the pizza was the honey just disappointing and let down
