Waited in line for 25 minutes, ordered a shaken Espresso with cream and the barista had no idea what cream meant. Asked me three different times if I meant cold foam. Finally get up to the window and see a barista on their phone, and two others chatting in front of customers while one person is working making drinks. Get my drink and it’s made completely wrong. At this point I was running late for work so i couldn’t wait for it to be remade. Crazy😡

Quick stop while traveling and I realize this isn't so much a criticism of Starbucks as of their customers, but almost every time I go to a Starbuck, people are talking or watching videos on their phones without earbuds. This location had multiple people with their phones on speaker which just seems rude to me anyway...

I love that when you go to starbucks everybody.There has such a good vibe. This location it's always 10/10 very consistent and friendly staff.I'm not sure where you find these people in our current demographic, but they're wonderful.

Enjoy the drinks go often except every time a certain guy is working I get terrible customer service and always get my drink wrong I went and said a large three times ( I am also hoh) he hands me a small and told me it would be a “pain” and a inconvenience to give me the right size and fix it and had a petty attitude about it and towards me. Every other employee has been amazing every time I’ve gone. There was no line in the drive through and wasn’t busy at all but yet I get told it’ll be a problem and issue to remake my drink to the correct size? I took it and drove off after he said “ yes it’ll be a big pain to fix it” i am not impressed at all.
