Quick stop while traveling and I realize this isn't so much a criticism of Starbucks as of their customers, but almost every time I go to a Starbuck, people are talking or watching videos on their phones without earbuds. This location had multiple people with their phones on speaker which just seems rude to me anyway...

I love that when you go to starbucks everybody.There has such a good vibe. This location it's always 10/10 very consistent and friendly staff.I'm not sure where you find these people in our current demographic, but they're wonderful.

Enjoy the drinks go often except every time a certain guy is working I get terrible customer service and always get my drink wrong I went and said a large three times ( I am also hoh) he hands me a small and told me it would be a “pain” and a inconvenience to give me the right size and fix it and had a petty attitude about it and towards me. Every other employee has been amazing every time I’ve gone. There was no line in the drive through and wasn’t busy at all but yet I get told it’ll be a problem and issue to remake my drink to the correct size? I took it and drove off after he said “ yes it’ll be a big pain to fix it” i am not impressed at all.

I only go there once in awhile as I feel they are very expensive and I don't like their politics, so I only go through the drive thru occasionally. The service I received this day was awesome!! The young woman at the window was very friendly and kind.

Ordered two Carmel ribbon fraps (while in the drive thru) and was served two melted Carmel ribbon fraps. No other cars ahead of me, I was surprised at how fast the drinks were made. It appeared the drinks had been pre-made. Very disappointing & very expensive.
I asked for my drink with no ice and they said it won't be filled up all the way. I got the same drink from the location in Freeport and they filled it up all the way. I told them I didn't want my pastry warmed up and they warmed it up anyway. This made me upset because I'm not eating it until tomorrow morning. Cheap and don't listen to their customers.

understand messing up but every time this past week?!?! My time is valuable .training is needed ,and payin attention to the orders. I ordered 2lg cups ice , 1wirh 4cream and 10 sugars , as welll =10 shots ,exspresso in 1 cup and I got maybe 4 .had to go back in and get sugar . And Lil girl was rude to me .. Ik what level in a cup, 10 shots is . Uggh when I called they said ,simply come back in n they wood redo it . I did a wk later .
Told no sorry no credit here we don't have credits.
I was laughed at n then girl said ,ru sure u didn't measured wrong .ma'am

I had the pecan crunch latte is was superb!! And we skipped the line and went in got my coffee walked out the cars in the line hadn’t moved but I was on to sipping my coffee lol

The staff are incredibly friendly, and there is rarely a line. Every once in a while, the drive thru and store will be closed at a random time on a random day. Always a bummer when I go and it's not open, but still love it/them!
