Went to order another drink after a fiasco at a different location. Didn't get the order until about 8 minutes past the pickup time that my app said. Turned out the cups were on the counter in front of the lady that makes the drinks and she must have been spacing out or using her phone or distracted by something. She asked what we were waiting for and we said we're waiting for a drink that should have been done 8 minutes ago. No apology just made the drinks didn't even give us the sleeves for the hot drink and we left

Watery iced coffee EVERY TIME. I Had it remade twice and still watery. Obviously they made the batch of iced coffee wrong and don’t offer to give me a cold brew or something else instead. I needed a refund and they were rude about it. I’m not spending $7 on watery iced coffee sorry. I can go down the street to the real Starbucks and get it made right and a few cents cheaper and with nicer attitudes. Only went in shaws because I was already grocery shopping. Never again.

Shaw’s is the only place I really grocery shop besides bulk stock from BJ’s. I appreciate the set up of Shaw’s and the veggies and fruits are very well kept up to date. They now have a new prepared meal selection near the deli- I recommend the dishes with the stir fried rice. Cashiers have always been nice and many make my toddler smile when they interact with her and say hello. Over all great selection to shop at.

I love this location. The coffee is good and made quickly. I love that it is in Shaw’s and that it doesn’t take away from the Starbucks experience.

I highly recommend that you educate your pharmacy staff at Shaws 600 Center Street, Auburn, ME in the importance of customer service. I booked my son's booster shot appointment for October 14th -- upon check-in, I was informed that the store had run out of the booster vaccine. I was asked to "check back midweek" to see if any came in. Apparently when you book an appointment, it means nothing. When I checked on Wednesday (10/19) they told me that it would be availible today (10/20). I asked if I needed an appointment or if I should just walk in, to which they said "just come in". I came back today and they tell me that it is all frozen and that it will not be availible until tomorrow, but all of the appointments for tomorrow are booked and "you won't get in". Normally, I would believe it was an issue of miscommunications, but every time I go in it is the same woman at the counter who does not have time to stop counting pills to address their customers. I will find another pharmacy in the area that actually cares about its customers to do my business.
