Great chai, great coffee all around. The workers are pleasant, and it's also a great spot to study.
It was extremely busy this morning (Unicorn Frappuccino day 1), and they communicated that there would be a wait for drinks. While the wait was longer than anticipated, the entire crew was moving very quickly, so the wait was not due to them working slowly at all, but rather to a very high volume of drinks. There were some people who were unhappy with the wait or impatient, but the staff handled everything wonderfully.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a great location. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing good customer service. They are helpful when customers have questions about new beverages. The place looks nice and the drive-thru is speedy. Customers can order from the app and bring their own food, such as Chipotle, to eat with their coffee. The staff makes drinks accurately and double checks them before serving. They are also willing to fix any issues with the drinks. The employees are nice and get to know the regulars, greeting them when they enter. However, the location is not always the cleanest, with crumbs and wrappers on tables and floors, but the staff tries to clean between rushes.
