I used drive thru. Service (as always, was friendly and efficient). Thank You
Usually not a bad McDonalds, but jeepers creepers, waiting over 20 minutes for breakfast when I placed an order on the app is insane! Half that time was sitting at the drive thru speaker waiting for someone to acknowledge me, the other half was spent between the speaker and the window.
It's 7am on a Tuesday, there aren't hardly any cars, what's the hold up?

Went to get The Grinch meal and a free burgerbecausemy birthdaywas the otherday. I ordered on the app. The app said my order would be ready in 2-5 minutes, I was 5 minutes away so thats cool. McDonald's offers a comfortable and convenient environment for those seeking to work or relax outside of home. The restaurant serves a well-prepared ice coffee that meets customer expectations. While the seating is spacious and clean, it can get crowded during shift changes. Despite this, the staff provide attentive service, making the overall experience pleasant. However, some recent reviews mention issues with the food quality, including cold fries and meals that were poorly assembled, such as too much ketchup. Parking can be challenging, with a small parking lot and a busy drive-thru. Customers have expressed frustration about the drive-thru layout, suggesting that better organization, like adding cones, could improve the experience. While it is expected to have downsides, the restaurant still aims to provide a satisfactory visit.
