There were kids (teenagers) making videos n disrupting the flow of service, and made the atmosphere awkward. so the 3 star review is because they didn't seem to be able to get them under control or want to? Not sure..
Ordered food from the kiosk. They were out of one of the drinks in the machine that my daughter wanted. Employee heard me say it and didn't do anything about it. My tacos were flat as a pancake. They did taste good which made up for it. Dining room was dark and alittle dirty.
Ordered the "Build your own" Cravings Box on line, from the Taco Bell parking lot, and immediately got in a short line for the window. The order was ready as soon as I got to the window, everything was correct as ordered, the items were very well assembled and wrapped, and hot..and the guy at the window was friendly. efficient, and wished me well with a smile on his face.
