My family used to love coming here. But after the change in ownership it has become horrible. They spent big money redoing the place and trippled the prices for everything. The food is much worse. Staff stands around the bar and flirts with each other. A pin came down the alley and couldn't find someone to go get it. No one was there on a Friday night when it used to be packed. Finally our lane broke at 1 hour in. We were having such a horrible time we tried to get a refund for the second hr and was told no. They switched us to another lane. Just a horrible experience. All the years of coming here and having a blast are gone. We wont be back. Do better.

Stopped by with plans to bowl Saturday night at 730 pm.. Google shows open hours until 10 but it was vacant and dark appearing out of buisness upon arrival. Reservations are still able to be made online and calling only rings through to voicemail that doesn't indicate any changes in operation or hours . So very confused but it seems to have closed down without notice ?

It's run by a family that recently bought it and they're very nice. Food is decent. The tap beer could be colder but otherwise it's a great bowling alley.

First time candle pin bowling, it was fun. The stars lost are due to food poisoning. Cheese curds with ranch is the only thing I had all day and boy was that a bad decision and a half. I won’t ever touch any food there again.

Easy to find plenty of parking Customer Service very good prices were reasonable so much fun video games pool table bathroom food is excellent. Prices are reasonable soda alcohol food pizza. I will definitely return highly recommend a family fun event birthday. Please follow me.
Great family spot. Reasonable prices for bowling. Pool table and video games available. Our group ordered food mozzarella sticks,pizza,fries and such which was brought to the table at our lane and disappeared quickly. Staff working the counter were quick and friendly.

I felt that things were more pricey than when we were here last. I also felt that the staff didn't want us there. We spent 15$ on a pizza that the staff threw away while we were playing in the game room and the girl at the front desk turned the lights off and cranked the music so we couldn't talk to one another while we were in the game room. We didn't feel welcome but we stayed to get our money's worth. I can also see from other comments that there is 0 accountability from the staff and long paragraphs of why it's the customers fault. The bad reviews are mostly within the last 9 months which speaks volumes. Back in the day we would come to this place every other weekend. It used to be great. I understand a business switching hands can certainly take a little time getting to where it needs to be, so hopefully this is just the beginning for the new owners and things will eventually be better.

Really fun chill day of bowling, kind helpful staff, my kid loved the computer scoring system :) The food was fast and tasty! Wish there were more places to bowl like this in Midcoast.

Had my daughters birthday party here. Pricing was o.k. the girl at the register was amazing. We asked for very little and even took an extra 15-20 to clean our own mess and make sure we left it the way we arrived. Paid without issue. When it came time to tip I had a $20 bill in my hand to give the girl at the register. When the man from the kitchen comes out demanding more for a tip $35 ish and that I had to hand it to him. The only "service" we revived was delivery of 2 crappy pizzas and a couple pitchers of drinks. 1 trip from the kitchen 10 lanes down. If you don't understand my issue with this then your part of the problem. Should have posted this when it happen but I was just planning again and thought about it. I appreciate your response. The person I spoke to for booking was pleasant as well as the girl at the register but the larger gentleman (looked like a cook). Again this WAS a while ago. I belive maybe even 2021 just after my wife passed. That's why I remembered this. I didn't have money to do this in the first place the tip I had planned was literally taking from my pockets so to be told a TIP was not only mandatory but more than i was already offering as fair... This was either Nov. 2021 or 2022. Regardless of the age of the incident it was my experience.
