Oh my god, Applebees. I told the waitress and I’ll say it again: Applebees has NO BUSINESS popping off like they did with my steak tonight. The bourbon one. Are you kidding me?? Is Applebees hiring 5 star chefs these days?? Seriously, top 5 steaks of my life, and I’m picky. That was fresh, too. The mushrooms were amazing, and the potatoes were a perfect compliment. Will absolutely return anytime whatever magician was in the kitchen tonight is on again. Seriously, be proud of yourself, whoever cooked that steak. Also our server was a lovely tall lady, the first host we saw was a nice guy with glasses who was pleasant, and second host was a nice tall young man who was quick and smiley. Thank you.

Today was the best day I have had at Applebees. I order the same thing every time for the last three years and it is never cooked right and service has never been good. Today a young man named Kyle cooked my meal to perfection and our server Penny was the best. Will definitely go back but only if Kyle is cooking.

After a rival restaurant up the road gave us terrible service (claimed it takes 30 minutes to cook a burger), we found ourselves here and had a fabulous experience. The staff was great, very attentive, accommodating, and timely. From order-to-table, it took 18-minutes to receive all of our food, including a burger, fish and chips, sausage and shrimp penne, and tenders with fries. The food was hot and flavorful. Would come back again!

The food here was also very good, ribs, onion rings and wings were super tasty. Ice tea was perfect, not too sweet. Seats very comfortable. Service absolutely polite and really attentive and quick

I'm biased, never have had a bad Applebee's experience. It would be a higher rating, but they seem to be having some staffing issues because there was no hostess which caused a little wait and the other staff to do double duty, they were definitely great. Buffalo wings were a little too vinegary for my taste and the bacon cheeseburger was a touch greasy, but our waitress was awesome and brought extra napkins. Still a great meal.
We called ahead of time and got a reservation, told them we would be there in 15 minutes. Got there and we were told that they gave away are seats because they thought that the other people were the ones who called. We then had to sit for 30 minutes and wait after being told it would be a 15 minute wait. Absolutely ridicules

While I know on Friday nights there is a wait to eat. To watch two people at hostess stands do nothing while the servers waited served and cleaned tables was awful. All why the manager flirted at the bar. Our server was awesome. But the restaurant operation was despicable. Very poorly run.

Was quoted a 5 minute wait. Hostess then went and seated people who came behind us with the same number in there party (2).
We even were on the wait list with “ Zero ahead”.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend Augusta Applebees due to the Lack of service. Extremely rude, and forgetful of customers sitting right in front of her.
