The staff were having conversations in earshot of the customers that were not appropriate, they were complaining about menu items and I heard one say "Stupid customers" would order one of the items. Conversations like that, if they are to be had, should be done in the backroom not out where customers can hear it. It was very uncomfortable.

Cashier was rude, I li e in Bangor and don't get to get Arby's often so I like to look at the menu for a few mins to decide what I want, but even tho I didn't approach the counter the lady there tried to take my order from over 7ft away when I said I need a min felt like she got irritated at that and I felt really rushed so much so I messed up ordering and had to buy a second sandwich (I'm not one to waste food or make the cooks job harder then it needs to be it was my bad so I owned it) but it could have been avoided if the cashiers were a bit more customer friendly at this location...
I spent $64 on food for my four kids, husband and I after church the other night and came home to find out my husband's large root beet was just dark seltzer water. I called the facility to let them know, and the woman who answered the phone was completely rude. Never did not apologize or offer a replacement. She was just very matter-of-fact and telling me that I paid for what I paid for! Not to mention, we got a big cheesy. I ordered two patties on it came home to see that it was one patty, and the woman just insisted that "I paid for what I paid for." Which is fine I'm glad I didn't get charged for two patties if I paid for one, but my husband was hoping to have had two patties on his sandwich ...the woman that served me at the drive-through was very kind and helpful and it wasn't her fault. She gave us a ton of extra sauces, but whoever answered the phone was very rude.
Beef & Cheddar on the real. The best. I got one at the drive through here and it was so good I stopped down the road 20 minutes later and got another one. No shame in that game. The three pepper hot sauce is the cat’s meow.
