I was waiting in line, and as I was waiting the 4 employees were talking about the election. As I got to the counter to place my order the guy running the register said “ look at the statistics, the smart people all voted for Kamala, and all the stupid people voted for trump.” I then just walked away without ordering. That in my opinion was highly highly unprofessional. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I’m not upset they were rooting for Kamala, but being called stupid because I voted for trump is something I won’t put up with. So congratulations, you’ve earned my first ever one star review. I do not want this kid to lose his job or anything, cuz kudos to him for wanting to work. Just if a manger sees this please let him know it’s not ok.

Ordered an ice coffee and asked for them to put it in my own cup they did but, when I went to drink it there was no ice at all just a kinda warm no ice, ice coffee. Very strange experience.

Only place where I can get a decent iced latte with light ice where I am NOT told that the machine is preset to give me one sip = paying for a cup full of ice. Super impressed. Great taste too. The cup has a sip lid so I can decline a straw. Love it! My daughter and hubby love the frozen hot chocolates with whipped topping and sprinkles.

Great service and solid crew ! Iced latte was perfect!
The staff are attentive and do a good job. One girl asked me exactly what I wanted cause she was worried about the drink going bad. So she made me a raspberry type flavor iced coffee which was good. One young girl asked me if I wanted to tip and how much. Not sure if this is your protocal but it made me uncomfortable. I did tip 3$ and my iced coffee cost me over 7$. That's not affordable for me. Let the customers tip if they want to. Don't ask. That's your tip. Lol. Have a great day. If your staff are struggling financially pay them more so they don't have to ask for tips.
