Today is my first time ever trying anything from Aroma Joe’s. Their caramel iced coffee is GOLD. This stuff seriously puts Dunkin’ Donuts to shame. I am not an everyday coffee drinker but I know when I’ve sampled a very delicious brew. YUMMM.

My roommates and I were consistent regulars at this location, but we’re no longer returning due to the horrible customer service and horrible service speed. And we all work in the food industry, serving actual food and drinks. You really need to retrain your staff, there’s no reason for a 20 minute drivethru wait time. When you have at least 4 staff + that we saw and see all the time, stop chatting and start doing your jobs. If there’s a line of cars you should be working on getting orders ready, not just chatting. People have places to be, and for 14$ just for 2 drinks this was just pathetic. We even tipped, and they managed to mess up our drinks too.

The coffee is always good (not consistently though) They don’t have much variety for unsweetened flavors. That is disappointing. If I had one negative thing to say it’s that the coffee is too weak.Otherwise it’s fine.
