“I visited the restaurant around 9:30p.m today, and I must say the customer service was excellent. The food was also outstanding—cooked to perfection, just like the service. This was the first time I’ve experienced the food prepared so well; in the past, it has sometimes appeared dry or overcooked. Today, however, everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Whoever was working today did an exceptional job and should be recognized for their skills—perhaps even train the rest of the team to ensure this level of quality becomes the standard.
