A friend of mine goes there all the time for like 4-5 blizzards to put in the freezer. She has a list and is super particular like each blizzard has to be double cupped. They are always friendly and make them exactly the way she wants despite all of her requests, lol!

Went before 8pm to get my child ice cream for their birthday & they already had the "we're closed, come back at normal business hours" message on the speaker... yet all the lights were on inside, the tall dq street sign was on, and people were inside. Google and doordash say you close at 9pm today, shame on your laziness for pretending to be closed before 8pm. Fielder's Choice in Manchester is worth the drive, go there instead.

I have never had a bad experience here. The kids who work here do a great job and they are fast and polite. I work across the street, I had someone steal a bunch of alcohol from me and they brought me a peanut butter shake to help me feel better (which they knew was my favorite), and gave me well wishes. These kids are a good team.

poor service, stops serving at 800 on Saturday. site says 830. a little girl was heartbroken. people inside just ignored the line and worked the drive up

Been here twice in last 2 weeks service slow and they have messed up my order both times. They corrected their mistakes cost more time.

I ordered an ice cream cake for a relatives birthday. It looked great, was written on and tasted really good. I will purchase again
The staff was very friendly and took an order quickly and efficiently. Was also pleasantly surprised that they had a "pup cup" and was treated to a free version of one after inquiring about an extra dish to give a portion of my dish to my dog.

First time ever the Agusta maine Dairy Queen refused to make there off the menu fruit parfait for me. It used to be on the menu and anywhere else i have gone, they made it for me. Kids were running it.

Ice cream was awesome. I got chocolate turtle blizzard, and my daughter got the cheesecake blizzard. and oh, my they were delicious. will be going back again.

Customer service wasn't great. I got the feeling that all the employees would rather be somewhere else. The blizzards were melted partly and all the Oreo was on top and the rest was just vanilla soft serve.

The customer service has really gone downhill. I went for the first time in years with my 2 kids. At the risk of sounding like a Karen: after taking our order, the girl gave me my card back & turned & walked off without saying anything. I ordered 3 small blizzards, the first 2 were blended until they became milkshakes & by the time we got the 3rd one, my daughter & I were drinking ours instead of eating them. We got like 1 napkin each & no lids. I didn't think of lids until we were already driving away, when the cups were spilling melted ice cream everywhere. Just a few years ago, they would always ask how blended you wanted the blizzard & offer or even just include the lids. I'm sorry, but $15+ is too much to ask for 3 small ice cream soups. They weren't even busy.
