Placed an order online, said it would be ready in 17 minutes or something like that. Updated and said staff had started making it at 8:51pm and would be ready for pick up in 11 minutes. My husband left to pick it up and at 9:19pm he was as told it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes, they were 1.5 hours behind. If you're short staffed, turn off online ordering. That is absolutely ridiculous!

I order here all the time to go in and grab a pizza thought I would relax tonight after working so hard and have it delivered instead. Number on my house is clearly posted all I asked was for it to be left outside my door on the chair, still have no idea what house it was delivered to but definitely wasn’t mine. Not sure how this happened seeing them drive up the street and leave the street. tipping 47% $10tip here again

App said 20 minutes went in told to wait an hour for a total time of 1 and a half hours for a 20 minute order, places get busy frustrating but not a big deal. I ordered 8 sauces and asked for a bag or box and was told no after waiting over an hour past the quoted wait time. That customer service is abysmal.

Pizzas are great, staff is pleasant for the most part but they are really busy on the weekends so keep that in mind, not going to get your pizza when you think. Just plan ahead and you'll be all set.
3 hour wait for a pizza. Everything other pizza shop is 20-30 minutes. Haven't been to Dominoes in years, thought I'd try it again, never got to try it and never will. That's what I get for going with fake pizza.

I see you removed my review. 5 times in 5 straight weeks you gave me something different than I ordered. And your manager one time never put my pizza in oven at all yet the app said it was ready for pickup. Made complaint. You were suppose to call me 5 different times and never did once. You lost me permanently as a customer. Goodluck!
