Vegetarian options: There are tons of things that you can get if you're a vegetarian like me.
Dietary restrictions: I don't consume high fructose corn syrup, so I've had to look it up through Dunkin' Donuts website to see what things have HFCS and which things don't. Pretty much if a donut has frosting or filling, it has HFCS sadly. The glazed and unfrosted/unglazed donuts don't have HFCS though. The syrups for drinks also have HFCS.
If you ever want to check ingredients, I definitely recommend checking out their extensive product ingredients list online.
Kid-friendliness: There's something for even the pickiest of kids. Kids usually go crazy over the donuts with frosting and sprinkles. They also usually love coolattas and hot chocolate (get a couple ice cubes and some milk added to cool it down faster). Add whipped cream to the drink (and maybe a swirl) to make it extra special.
Wheelchair accessibility: Dunkin' Donuts is pretty good at keeping all of their stores wheelchair accessible.
Guy got order wrong, even though I spoke clearly. Then lied to me and my friend about not having whipped cream or blue raspberry. not making this up either. The next person ordered a drink with blue raspberry, and I saw employees using whipped cream. Worst Dunkin I've been to so far.

Place was DIRTY!!!!! The cashier wiped his nose with fingers and thumb before placing lid on our coffee!!!!! We left the coffee there and walked out!!!!!

The food is dunkin' donuts food point blank The coffee is dunkin' donuts coffee so there's nothing to brag about or complain about however the service is like most fast food restaurants it's horrible especially when you have to go orders that take precedence over you the customer that is standing there right in front of staff and nobody waits on you because the to go out is a more important. The drive-thru line can be horribly long again because people with to-go are on the go orders are getting in line and picking them up from the window which takes time. On the go or to go orders are the worst thing in the world.

Terrible facility. Employees appear to not even have a high school education, they don’t know the difference in and everything bagel and a plain bagel, they don’t know how to put Splenda instead of sugar in a coffee and their phone is always turned off. I do not recommend this location

Donuts are always hard coffee never tastes good or fresh got the hash brown brisket bowl had three tiny strips of brisket in it

Learn not to sit on the phone and argue with customers about why they are wrong because instead of having my issue resolved I will now have to take things a step further by calling the corporate office on Monday morning ! just make the beverage as the customer wants even if it’s “not normally how we make it “. You have just lost a long time customer, I will be going exclusively to your competitors!
