Done with this place. Always a different story. Different rules. All made up by employees that don’t want to do their job. No cold brew ever. 4 days ago I get refund at 10am when it’s packed. No one asked for credit card used , no one asked for mobile phone to see it in app. Today at 4:43am. THATS RIGHT! 4:43 Am! Only person there other than employee. Says he needs credit card or mobile phone before giving return. Hahahah AGAIN A DIFFERENT OUT COME , REASONS. ALL LIES! Train your people or stop hiring people that don’t want to do their job at 5am and incompetent of preforming the shift for customers. Why need credit card which is through the app or to see mobile phone when no one is in the store but me and no other orders when 4 days ago when swamped and busy, none of that was required? You both had the receipt. Then tell guy I’ll leave this review cause I couldn’t provide what he magically wanted out of think air which isn’t a requirement per Dunkin and I have video proof it wasn’t four days ago. It’s all made up folks. So I lost $5. Which is a felony by law it’s called theft of services and on top of that illegal in Maine to take mobile apps then require credit card for refund ILLEGAL. POLICE DEPARTMENT NEXT TO FILE COMPLAINTS AND AS SOMEONE BE ARREST FOR THEFT OF SERVICES. Attn owners of this location. Get you crap together. You lost me and all my family and friends after this as we all done having problems with you guys for a $5.00 coffee!

This review is unrelated to food service. I was in an urgent medical type bind with my 83 year old mother-law. Ladies room was quickly unlocked by the gentleman working alone up front. Supplies were needed and were supplied by the ladies working in the employee section. A specific employee!s name is Julie. She went above and beyond to help us out. Unrelated to her normal tasks.
So very much appreciated in an embarrassing situation. Happy Holidays to these fine employees!!!

This is for the Western Ave Dunkin in Augusta. I don't usually leave reviews, but felt like it was necessary. Drive through line was very long this morning so went in to order a coffee. Stood at the counter unacknowledged for about 10 minutes with a line forming behind me. A staff member came to the counter and mumbled something I couldn't understand without looking at me. I gave him my order after confirming he was asking for it. He then proceeded to make it, which was great, except he set it at the pickup window and walked away without saying anything or acknowledging that it was mine, which made me question if it was mine. Several other people were waiting who had placed mobile orders so I waited for a minute wondering if it was in fact my order. Finally went up and had to touch it to see the slip to determine if it was my order.
I get it's busy. I get I'm not going to get in and get out. I knew I'd probably have to wait a bit. What's making me not go back is the total lack of friendly or even just adequate service. I felt like a major inconvenience for being a customer.

Whacky Family

This review is of the Western Ave., Augusta, ME, Dunkin’ Donuts. I think most of these reviews are for other locations in Augusta. The Western Avenue location is my preferred Dunkin and I have one only a mile away from my home. This Dunkin is extremely fast, efficient and the staff at the window was very friendly. Not to mention they actually got my custom order correct which has been hard to find at other locations. Thank you so much!

Did not have the food ordered on the app. Supposed to credit money back to card, but instead charged an additional amount instead of refund. Can never speak to a human, so will have to drive by to get this fixed!

I don’t ever leave reviews but I had To with this store. What a train wreck it was to whitness. My food was wrong and my coffee was burnt. My food was remade and was still wrong. All workers seemed very confused and frustrated with each other. The man who took my order made me feel like I was Bothering him. I will Never be going back to this establishment!

We'll let's see I've seen people recently walk into this place of business to avoid a heavy downpour only to have the local police called into trespass them for trying to get out of the rain, so I would say this particular dunking sucks balls.
