I don’t ever leave reviews but I had To with this store. What a train wreck it was to whitness. My food was wrong and my coffee was burnt. My food was remade and was still wrong. All workers seemed very confused and frustrated with each other. The man who took my order made me feel like I was Bothering him. I will Never be going back to this establishment!

We'll let's see I've seen people recently walk into this place of business to avoid a heavy downpour only to have the local police called into trespass them for trying to get out of the rain, so I would say this particular dunking sucks balls.

They literally get my order wrong every single time. They just served me a medium knowing I ordered a medium charged me for large. I ordered snack bacon but was served hash browns. Like why.
The place is extremely busy and understaffed. The cashier was incredibly rude and did not greet anyone and was rude to a customer simply trying to ask a question. Employees need a refresher on how to speak to customers or don’t work customer service. The coffee we received was also not very good.

Whoever was working the drive through this morning was seriously so rude. I’ve never been spoken to with so much attitude in my life. If you hate your job so much you should work somewhere else, nobody is forcing you to work at Dunkin Donuts. We took an extra minute for my little siblings to figure out what they wanted and she apparently couldn’t handle that. And when we had ordered two of our drinks she tried to end our order, so when we said we were ordering a couple more things it very obviously annoyed her. When we had completed our order, she asked if that was all and we said yes. She replied “are you sure??.” With the most attitude I’ve ever heard in my life and that’s not an exaggeration. We were polite for the entire interaction, and when she saw us pulling up to the window she ran off and made her coworker complete the transaction. This is usually the better of the two Dunkin’s in Augusta but holy shit I’m completely dumbfounded by how rude they were today!!

This dunkin donuts on western ave I'm augusta maine is great.me and my wife just got home from acdc concert in mass on May 4th 2025.It was a little past 4 am they just opened and we were hungry.the lady working was so great at such an early morning start.we explained to her we just got home and she made us sandwiches and hash browns and our food was very good.thankyou to her I do apologize I don't have your name but your service was great at such an early morning start.
