They made our drinks terrible. I've never had a coffee taste the way these both did. 2 totally different coffees tasted terrible :/ not sure if there's training going on or what.. but a regular team member who isn't training should be supervising these ones who can't make a basic coffee

If I could give negative stars I would. This Dunkin Donuts is the worst one I have EVER been too. Every SINGLE time I have tried to give them another chance I am disappointed (this particular location is .5 miles from my house so convenience was a factor). Today was the last time myself, or my husband will ever go there. The food is awful and hard as a rock. They have never made my drink right, all I asked for today was 2 liquid sugar in my latte and they couldn't even do that! Shut this location down or hire a whole new crew.

I used to work here during 2023 and into the start of 2024 the management is the worst when it comes to scheduling a responsible crew, on top of that they would leave the best employees to do all of the work while they sit in the back area with the managers office, they do not care for their employees and will even lie to you about tips as well as accuse you of tip theft even when the cameras show who really did it, that's just management don't even get me started on the crew nobody know what they are doing when I was hired there was 3 people who actually knew what to do but they all quit due to pay and management issues

This place has good days and bad days. I have stood at the counter by my self for 10+ minutes without anyone saying a word to me which is kinda crazy.

This is one one of the worst Dunkins that I've been to. They start shutting everything down hours early, they ignore you as you stand at the counter until one of them bites the bullet and "decides" to get to you. If you ARE able to order food they will prioritize drive through customers that showed up well after you did and make you wait longer than you should have to for your food. As I stand here now, almost two hours before they close, all the chairs are up on the tables, they can't make any food because they've already shut down the oven and there was no coffee made... the thing they specialize in wasn't ready. I've never come here and didn't have to wait an abnormally long time for whatever I've ordered. I honestly don't know why I keep coming here.

Avoid this location unless you want to wait 20+ minutes in line for a coffee… plenty of others in the city that are much more efficient. This has been going on for years & still no change.

Placed a mobile order at 9:34am wasn't ready until 10. They were very slow, not helpful, rude, and didn't give me the right doughnuts. Just go to the one on western Ave you'd have better luck there.
