Waited 25 min in drive through. The young lady didn't know what the special was . After we got our food I had to go inside and wait another 20 to get what I had ordered. When I said what the mess up was I was told oh I didn't know. Plus if your gonna run a special have the product on hand

This is the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Staff more concern with personal stories to each other than customers. Very long wait for order.

Watched a employee pet a customers dog in the drivethru and when asked that they wash there hands before touching my food they proceeded to accuse us of lying saying no one touched the dog and that person is allergic to dogs and would never do that. Absolutely rude behavior and disgusting food safety standards.

Claimed to be short staffed, however there were 3 people working, and one person who needed to be served (me). I ordered 2 items and waited 25 minutes to receive them. Ridiculous.

Walked in and waiting in line for 20-30 minutes. Made it to the front of the line by people walking out due to the wait time. Only two employees are on the clock, no manager to be found. I got one of my drinks and have been waiting almost half an hour for the other one. Also seen cars in the drive thru backing up and leaving due to the wait. A lot needs to change about this location

The employees working there are always very sweet don’t get me wrong but I was very disappointed when I saw my cocamocha late was legit half empty when I went to take a sip. She put half late & the rest whipped cream…. Not what I ordered but ok. They mess up my orders all the time, moral of the story is go somewhere else, don’t waste your time. Last time I’ll be coming to get a watered down half full late, no thank you🤓

Multiple times 90 munites before closing the lady working doesn't want to clean the expresso machine so they come up with an excuse so now your $12 order is no where near the value nor the expected quality it should have. This is 3 times in a row. Over an hour before closing, this shouldn't be accepted.
