This is the second time I've order the Iced Brown sugar shaken espresso, and both times it is absolutely horrible. Not sure I'll be back again. I'd rather make my own coffee at the store then taste something disgusting. Just wish your employees would make what people ask not just toss something together and call it good. Just made cup of coffee at circle k down the street and it was absolutely amazing. Think twice people, I wish I did. Dunks isn't what it use to be.

took us about 5 minutes to even be greeted. they knew we were there as they looked at us walk in. They asked if we have been helped when she was just standing there and looked at us 3 times. They were so rude when we were trying to order. they made both our drinks wrong and gave the wrong sizes. we just felt rushed ordering. the only nice person there is lilli!!

Worst Dunkin in Augusta, worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Rude staff (rude to females that is). A lot of coquetting (flirting with male customers to get tips, disgusting behavior.) They're too busy chatting with eachother and not doing their jobs. I've seen them smoking with the back door open and I'm pretty sure she didn't wash her hands. They have no patience with customers looking at the menu. The wait time is crazy long for simple orders, even in the rare occasions when they are staffed. They don't confirm orders and it's always wrong. They've forgotten things on multiple occasions. Donuts thrown in bags, very messy. Bagels always so hard you can't chew them. Glad they fixed the giant pothole in the drive thru but this location has gone downhill over the years.

I went in today w a friend on 10/26/2024. They have a new girl in there who was absolutely delightful. She apologized for her lack of knowledge of certain items and went to ask the other young there for assistance and was blatantly ignored, do I asked her, but had to yell across the counter becuse she was more involved in the ringing of her cell phone then anything I had to ask as a paying customer. I was told to keep my order simple because there was only 2 of them which is too bad becuse I had a 100.00 order to make but decided to only order 1 thing due to the short gals attitude and the fact she was paying more attention to her ringtone. Then my friend ordered a sausage and cheese on a crossant and the very short cashier no crossants so she asked for it on ans english muffin and was again told by the short gal that there wasnt any of thoes either. So my friend wanted a refund and the new girl poilitey asked her co worker to show her how to refund money, and instead of her telling my to hold on one moment she would be right there to assist after she was done w her customer, she yells over at the new girl and says "you have to call the manager for that" so my friend walked out with no food and no refund. The new girl wasawesome. Very kind, polite, courteous and very apologetic. The short gal was rude and abrupt. No worker should ever yell across a floor at a customer or co worker. You are supposed to walk over and act like a respectful adult and use your inside voices. Not act like a damn monkey in a zoo. There was no trash can, no straws l, no napkins and the worst customer service I ever received from the shorter gal. The taller new gal was perfect. Loved her.

Worst dunkin in augusta by far. Always out of things, substitutions aren’t the same cost as what was ordered, never timely, drive thru takes over 10 min every time, and walk in mobile orders are ignored.
Not busy and cashier was so rude and impatient with my parents trying to order. If this were my only Dunkin’ experience, I would never go back.
