Horrible customer service throu drive thru. Rude! Left and got 10 miles down the road and missing my other order of bagel bites, tried to call with no answer. Short staff I understand, but rude and disrespectful is not tolerable.

Front register is always closed, service inside is almost non existent. Poor service. Left before anyone took my order after standing at register for 6 minutes and not being acknowledged.

Was just in there today 11/11/23. The worse customer service! No one was helping us and finally I believe it was the manager came out, annoyed and rude to take our order. Then she made them wrong, gross and bitter. She was upset bc she had to get up and do something. The girl making food was eating some of the bacon that fell from the food she was making. There’s was a young guy there and he remade the drinks, he did a great job! Make him manager and get rid of the lazy pants there!
