Low quality of the food
We absolutely love the food and people here. We order take out as the seating area is next to none. Only 2 tables.

The worst 😫
Today, my wife and I purchased a platter of large chicken fingers from Eastern Delight in Augusta, ME. A half inch by half inch hard plastic piece was found in the first chicken finger I ate. I promptly returned the rest of the chicken fingers to the restaurant. They prepared me a new order but after learning that it was likely a piece of a broken tote I was not going to risk my kids or friends having a piece of plastic in their food. I have reached out to the food inspector as this greatly concerns me. They did refund me the chicken fingers.
Lost our New Year's Eve order. No apology, No food, No nothing. Look at your receipt. There is a service fee and they want a tip. You order on line and pick up your food in a paper bag and there is a service charge AND they want a tip too. Hidden fees and more hidden fees.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, specially coming from the “assistant manager”. Absolutely rude and disrespectful while taking an order over the phone. Have been a longtime customer, but will not be returning after tonight.

I have a feeling there are new owners because the food quality has gone way down.
Called a couple times after 7pm to place an order. The online website says closes at 8:30 pm. No one would answer. 🤷♀️ So I called Canton Express instead and they answered. Was hoping to try this place for the first time. Should adjust open and close times if they are not correct.
