Most unacceptable service, actually it was no service at all. I ordered an arrangement for my father three days in advance, arranged for my brother to drive 30 minutes to pick it up for the party since I live in a different state and couldn’t attend. Did the m pick up option because delivery times aren’t guaranteed and I wanted it at the house before the party started. The store never even opened the entire day even though I got a confirmation for my order. No one answers the phone. Even headquarters couldn’t get in touch with the manager/owner. Now I gotta fight to get my $133 back, I’m fighting for my brother to be compensated for gas and travel. And how about fact that there was now no fruit available for the party!
Quick inexpensive and friendly!
Mackenzie is a great worker! She is so sweet and inviting! I have had their smoothies a couple times ans they are amazing! I have also had their chocolate covered strawberries a couple times and they are delicious!! All the products are fresh and taste great! Thank you Mackenzie for being so polite during the holiday season when business is crazy!

Very very happy with the service I received today!! There was a problem with delivering the arrangement (the recipients, not the store) and Matt was wonderful at working something out to make sure they got their gift. He was very patient and kind. And of course, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!
