I place an online order & had an item missing. When I called to let them know, they originally offered I could come in on another day for a replacement. I asked if they could refund instead as I don’t frequent the store, & would only place online orders via their website. They told me the manager would call me back, but I never received a call and it’s been over a week. Check your bags before you head home, I guess.

The guy didn't even mix the flavors into the shake, it was all in a clump at the bottom. Maybe if he hadn't been flirting
Food is amazing!! My only issue is that the milkshakes are rough, a bit too liquid.... The staff is adequately friendly and efficient. Will always love Five Guys!

The little hamburger was delicious and it was much larger than expected. However the size wasn't a problem as I eat smaller portions. It would probably be normal size for others. My granddaughter said the grilled cheese was also very good, not soggy.The fries were perfect, Not over-done & not too soft either. I asked for no salt on mine, and they complied, And they still gave my granddaughter salt on hers. The people were very friendly and polite. The tables were clean and the floors were not sticky. The place was busy but the service was still prompt and the food was not cold, and were made correctly. I would recommend Five Guys to anyone who wants good fast food and fast service. It was a tiny bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

I don’t think the woman working the front counter knows how to speak or understand English. Every part of our order was wrong. Everyone was frustrated which made for a tense in store environment. It’s cool she’s got a job and is trying to contribute to our society but bad on 5guys for putting her in front counter. I won’t return to this location.

The 'on the go' ordering is weird. I stood waiting for 30 minutes then went to the register to be told I had to tell them I have come into the restaurant. Line was out the door! So put in an 'on the go' order and wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes to let them know you already ordered so they can now start your order. What!?
