Me and my wife were in the augusta maines jersey Mike's last night.9/25.super busy super great bunch of employees.very much cannot say enough great people great food.

Friendly staff. They are great about following specific requests with your order. A bit too small because they're often busy. More space for seating would be awesome. This is a good thing, not a complaint.

Went into here for my first time and when building the sandwich they didn't have pickles or black olives. And the turkey wasn't very good. It looked very wet and very wierd idk it didnt taste very good.

I was the only customer in the store and one of the 2 girls behind the counter told me to walk around and I ended up the same spot I was standing. She then proceeded to tell the other girl to take care of me. From there on the service was great and sandwich was terrific.

I went in with my friend and was extremely uncomfortable the whole time. This employee, Heather, said something very inappropriate to me that made me uncomfortable. She proceeded to walk over to me as close as she could as I was sitting down to go get herself a drink to bring back to the work station. I’ve seen this girl before and has harassed me in the past. I didn’t feel comfortable the whole time as I couldn’t even eat my food, I was shaking it was that bad. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough, very unprofessional and very humiliating. It’s sad that I couldn’t even eat in peace in a public spot.

one female employee was so insanely rude it completely ruined my appetite. never going back to this location. slamming things around and had a nasty facial expression.

Place was dirty, no atmosphere, and the employees won’t even look at people. Food was the same as subway with no organization. Very clearly no leadership. Very antisocial atmosphere when visiting. Not a place I’d wanna go back to after my first visit.

Horrible service ordered online showed up 35 minutes later and still not even started waited another 30 minutes at the store woman doing the order disappeared at noon when the place was full for 15 minutes horrible

Absolutely awful service, terrible hygiene. Not to mention my hot sub came out 25 mins before my cold one, so by the time I got to eat it, it was feeezing cold. The person working the grill asked probably 15 different questions over the span i was stuck waiting, creating a line to the door. Never again.

My sister walked in with a friend for lunch. There were 2 people in front of them who had already ordered. They put their order in for 2 Philly steak sandwiches. 9 other people got their orders before my sister's two sandwiches came 45 minutes later. And this is with my sister asking several times if the staff would please check on on their order. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE!
