Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered food to go and they didn’t add anything on it that I wanted called them back and they wanted me to come back in and put the stuff back on the sandwich lol dry sandwich staff won’t even. Look at you don’t recommend at all

Had my first Jersey Mike's sub today. Wow wow wow. Supremely impressed with the quality. I normally avoid fast food type places but this was by far the best sub I have had in years. Thank you!

Dirtiest sandwich spot I’ve ever seen led by a bunch of workers with zero work ethic. Nothing gets wiped down between orders. Vinegar and other sandwich debris all over the counters, clear oxidized mayo covering there knives that they proceed to use all day without cleaning. I wouldn’t give my worst enemy a sub from this location. This place should be condemned. Only come here if you’re looking to lose your appetite and get sick.

Food is decent but the staff and people inside don’t care about how long it takes for to go orders when 4-5 people have ordered and eaten and left the store before you get your order… not recommended

AVOID THIS PLACE! This location SUCKS! They NEVER have tuna. I’ve been in 3 times, always the same, they are out of tuna. It’s staffed with a bunch of lazy, young kids who don’t want to work and hate there job. I guess once they run out of tuna, there’s no such thing as making more? 😂 I will never go to this location again. If you are in Augusta and want a good sandwhich, go to HARVEST DELI. They ALWAYS have tuna, and the employees are nice.

Waited a very long time to get a chance to try this sub shop after watching Danny De Vito selling them for years. I believe if DeVito or Manning experience the service and food at the Augusta Maine location they would go to work for Jimmy John's. We phoned our order in and upon arriving met three men behind the counter that had no idea why we were there. After about 40 minutes a young girl, that was obviously the same person that took our order, came from our back with our subs. The Italians in the order were over loaded with lettuce which we asked for none so we couldn't eat half the food. We will never go back.

went in with a coupon clearly states good until 10/31. they declined it said too many people abuse it and corporate took it away. then the sandwiches were not even half as good as last time I got them. girl who worked there came in loudly announcing she "knows" why another employee walked out...another employee had to tell her to not be loud about it. then after paying full price with a coupon it shows all sandwiches should have been 20 percent off today?? I didn't get that either!

Me and my wife were in the augusta maines jersey Mike's last night.9/25.super busy super great bunch of employees.very much cannot say enough great people great food.

Friendly staff. They are great about following specific requests with your order. A bit too small because they're often busy. More space for seating would be awesome. This is a good thing, not a complaint.

Went into here for my first time and when building the sandwich they didn't have pickles or black olives. And the turkey wasn't very good. It looked very wet and very wierd idk it didnt taste very good.

I was the only customer in the store and one of the 2 girls behind the counter told me to walk around and I ended up the same spot I was standing. She then proceeded to tell the other girl to take care of me. From there on the service was great and sandwich was terrific.

I went in with my friend and was extremely uncomfortable the whole time. This employee, Heather, said something very inappropriate to me that made me uncomfortable. She proceeded to walk over to me as close as she could as I was sitting down to go get herself a drink to bring back to the work station. I’ve seen this girl before and has harassed me in the past. I didn’t feel comfortable the whole time as I couldn’t even eat my food, I was shaking it was that bad. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough, very unprofessional and very humiliating. It’s sad that I couldn’t even eat in peace in a public spot.

one female employee was so insanely rude it completely ruined my appetite. never going back to this location. slamming things around and had a nasty facial expression.

Place was dirty, no atmosphere, and the employees won’t even look at people. Food was the same as subway with no organization. Very clearly no leadership. Very antisocial atmosphere when visiting. Not a place I’d wanna go back to after my first visit.
