Service was ridiculously slow. 4 people working, and it took close to 45 minutes to get 3 cold cuts and a hot sandwich. Lady at the counter was just standing there very confused on what to do the entire time. She argued with a gentleman about how he ordered 2 drinks instead of one, and didn’t know what to do to help him. Another woman had to simply say “why don’t you just refund him” and the lady at the counter just rolled her eyes.
Will not be back. Visited on 10/26/2024 at the Augusta location.

A few weeks back, I placed an order for me to pick up before work. I even placed it early, as the last time I ordered from this location I remember the order being ready noticeably late.

This time, my single sandwich order was ready *45 minutes* after the quoted time— making me almost late for work. During the half-hour I waited inside the restaurant, at no point did any employee acknowledge my or any other customer’s existence. I don’t believe I even got the subtlest of apologies for the wait.

I don’t like writing reviews like this, but this borders on unacceptable. The young staff was enduring some cranky comments from other customers waiting, which I felt bad about, but I really couldn’t blame them too much. Amazingly bad experience.

Been waiting half an hour and they haven't even started my DoorDash pickup

Not impressed tonight. The guy asked several times for help in the front while I was standing there for 25 min. He was very nice. I had ordered online 30 min previous for 2 sandwiches, before coming to the store. And they were not busy when I arrived. The order wasn't ready at all. The lettuce was brown, food all over the counter all mixed together. sandwiches were just thrown together so they fall apart while eating them. Management wasn't there tonight or wasn't with it at all. Not sure I'll order again from this location, not impressed. (I did get a couple coupons for next time ordering but I'm not sure I'll be back) Do better!

We were so impressed by the staff tonight. They definitely take pride in a job well done. The food came out amazing. Both the hot and cold sandwich stations did a fantastic job.
We are both former restaurant workers and appreciate great restaurant service. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This place sends me into such a rage watching employees work. Zero urgency or order. 3 people doing random things. The urge to walk back and make my own sandwitch sometimes is too much to handle. One time I waited 2 HOURS for a sandwitch. I thought the online order time was wrong. NOPE. I'll go early now when there no lines or other customers I guess.

Just got done eating here. Food was alright, I will admit I almost walked out when we came in, and no one greeted us, but stood there behind the oven. And we were the only people in the store. Finally we ordered our food. It was fine. The lady was very professional and nice. We went back to get a cookie for my son and the man’s words were “ really are you serious?” So cookie back on the shelf and will not be coming back. Just because now you have 3 people in the store there is no need to be unprofessional.

Katelyn and Josh made me feel incredibly welcomed. They greeted me at the door and were quick to take my order. They made me a priority and I appreciate that. These two are phenomenal employees. Great Customer Service, Great Food, Great Team! Thank you to the both of you! Keep it up!

Parking: There was plenty of spaces available in the front of the store when I arrived.

Workers there are super rude and should not be in customer service what so ever. I showed up for a door dash and someone stated that the wait was 30 minutes and I simply said really? If that’s the case this dash isn’t worth it. I was talking to another customer and the guy making the sandwiches said very loudly the wait is long so if you are here for an order I suggest you move on to another one or continue to stand there in the lobby and complain. Said it very loudly and rude to where a few of us looked at each other. It costs dashers points to end a dash without at least waiting a few minutes and after the rude comment I did not care and I will forever decline orders from this location and never order there for myself either. I had only been there two minutes if that and someone said good luck as they walked out so I simply made a statement asking if it really was that long.
