Margaritas Mexican Restaurant

Horrible customer service. We were sat at a 2-top table that would hold about 2 margarita glasses. Asked for a bigger table and were sat at a 6-top right next to the first table. Looking over menu a waitress comes over and says the section is closed and we have to move to the lounge. We said we would like to stay where we are and she says “well I don’t know what to tell you, it’s closed”. So I made the decision easy and told her we would take our business elsewhere. She sarcastically said “have a great night”. Too bad… we were on our way to Portland and wanted to stop at margaritas since we were regulars in Orono , which recently closed. Do better people.

So I usually don’t post reviews but the experience I had at Margaritas last week was really disappointing. I received my Chips and salsa very quickly, unfortunately for the rest of the service I can’t say the same. My server was brunette with a shorter name that I can’t exactly remember… Pam I think. I’m not sure. She didn’t show up to our table for at least 15 minutes, and when she did she had a very rude attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. My family and I felt very uncomfortable. Maybe she was having a bad day… and I won’t go into detail, but I really hope she doesn’t treat all her customers like that….

Always a pleasure to eat at margs! Tonight we had Nicole as our server, and she was awesome! 10/10 will obviously eat here a again...maybe next week lol

Nicole was fantastic. My drink was never empty and she checked in enough that I felt very taken care of, but not too much that it was overbearing. Excellent experience overall!

Nicole was amazing! So attentive and kind. Have to give props to all the servers though! They were all super positive and fun!
