I went threw the drive thru for 1 Tea,nothing else. Just a drink on our way back to NC.. Then this dude happened.. The guy at the window was more worried about our business and what we were doing in our own personal space then handing my drink to me. Ive never experienced a more rude situation in my 47 yrs. Ive been here multiple times, usually in the morning. My wife did a pick up order for our family Saturday night. We were missing two complete happy meals, I called and left a message with what I assume was the head of the franchise. There hasn’t been a response. Bummed as this was $20 in missing food.

I love the to ladies that work later in the evening but for the last 3 nights I’ve used my reward for a free large fry they haven’t gave me it and it’s honestly getting irritating

This place is an absolute mess. I waited 30 minutes in the curbside outside before an appointment, to then walk in to 10 other people returning their messed up orders. When I expressed how long I waited and how unhappy I was, they basically spat in my face and told me to go wait longer.

I know most of these McDonald’s franchise owned and each one will generate different reviews based on the store and how it’s managed. I have no problem with McDonald’s I think for the most part it’s a decent value for fast food. It’s quick and that’s what people go there for expecting just that a fair price for a quick takeout. Forest Avenue McDonald’s in Portland must think their food is infused with gold or some other expensive metals because a big Mac meal for me and my wife was $23! What?? You heard me right to me that is borderline criminal they way overcharge because why? Because it’s Portland the new mini Boston.? So I’ll stop there because there is more to complain about, but that says it all to me I won’t ever buy another item in that store.

Order on the app easy plus the specials are great. This McDonald's has removed the soda dispenser so you need to ask for refills. A pain when there buisy

They messed up my order again...I'm lactose intolerant and always order my burgers without cheese..but of course they mess up something...also get extra pickles. So I get orders given to me. either it's got cheese on my burger or no pickles. It's just not every once in a while but it's at all McDonald's

I always have a good mobile order experience. The lady handing the food off is always there, always happy, always working hard; I’d give her a raise for sure!
This is exactly why fast food workers don't deserve 16 dollars an hour can't even make a simple breakfast sandwich right tag says sausage egg and cheese and apparently the worker don't know the difference between sausage and bacon second time in 2 weeks they have screwed up the order.

Ordered two mcmuffins at 930 Monday morning 1/27/25. Specified no egg due to allergies. Ended up in the ER at Pittsfield because instead of making a new sandwich they apparently just took the egg off one that was already made.
