This is exactly why fast food workers don't deserve 16 dollars an hour can't even make a simple breakfast sandwich right tag says sausage egg and cheese and apparently the worker don't know the difference between sausage and bacon second time in 2 weeks they have screwed up the order.

Ordered two mcmuffins at 930 Monday morning 1/27/25. Specified no egg due to allergies. Ended up in the ER at Pittsfield because instead of making a new sandwich they apparently just took the egg off one that was already made.

Cute little cost saving trick of not completely filling drink cups. Adds up after a while but seen it before. Not pleased! Next you'll be withholding napkins again.

Literally ordered a mocha frappe so I could enjoy lunch with my girlfriend. This was by far the WORST frappe I’ve ever had. Isn’t McDonald’s supposed to be about consistency? Not this one.
The ice was barely blended, no flavor and it was like drinking chunks of ice instead of a smooth frappe. You can see the air pockets from all the chunks of ice that aren’t blended together.
I waited 15 minutes as the cashiers took orders from other people and ignored me (as did the managers after looking me directly in the eyes multiple times). I felt like being serviced was a chore for these people. I’ve been a manager in retail for over 10 years and I have never treated my customers like this.
They eventually offered to remake the frappe in a larger size and it was just as awful as the first time. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. NONE of the McDonald’s in the greater Portland area operate like this. STOP focusing on your drive thru KPI and pay attention to your customers at the counter and inside the restaurant.
Will not allow you to buy extra toy for child who is to big for a happy meal

There is a woman who works here Erica who is so nice! All of the people I've encountered have baan awesome but especially her. I get breakfast several mornings a week, and she is just so cheerful and funny even at 5 am! Makes my morning and restores my faith in humanity to grab a quick biscuit, but have a fun conversation, too. These people are great, and the sausage biscuits are too!
